    Abstract: Provided are a method for adjusting cell reselection procedure. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method includes: receiving information of a first cell from a second cell, determining that the first cell satisfies a cell reselection criteria, and upon initiation of a radio resource control (RRC) connection, performing cell reselection to the first cell by adjusting a cell reselection parameter, and a service is available in the first cell at specific times.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for acquiring changed SI in a wireless communication system includes: receiving a first SI message; receiving a notification of SI change; receiving an indication indicating a second SI message, which only contains system information blocks (SIBs) to be modified in the first SI message; and receiving the second SI message according to the indication.
