    Abstract: A refrigerator includes a cabinet, a door, an ice making room, a cool air supply duct connecting the evaporation chamber to the ice making room, an ice maker, a cool air guide duct that guides cool air from the ice making room toward the ice maker, and an ice bin below the ice maker to store ice. The ice maker includes an ice tray including cool air guide ribs, and an ice separating guide covering a front surface of the ice tray and a portion of a top surface thereof in which the cool air guide ribs extend from one side of the ice tray toward the other side and are spaced apart from a front surface of a tray body toward a rear surface, and bottom parts of the cool air guide ribs are spaced apart from a bottom part of the cool air guide duct.

    Abstract: A refrigerator includes a freezing compartment and a refrigerating compartment, a refrigerating compartment door, an ice maker disposed in the freezing compartment, and an ice bank disposed on the door. The refrigerator also includes an ice transfer device configured to transfer ice made by the ice maker to the ice bank through an ice chute. The ice transfer device includes a housing and a transfer member configured to transfer ice from the housing into the ice chute.     Abstract: A refrigerator according to the present invention comprises: a storage space in which food is stored; a cooler for supplying cold to the storage space; a first tray assembly constituting a part of an icing cell which is the space in which water is phase-changed to ice by the cold; a second tray assembly constituting another part of the icing cell; a heater located to be adjacent to the first tray assembly and/or the second tray assembly; and a control unit for controlling the heater, wherein the control unit performs controls so that the heater is turned on in at least a partial period while the cooler supplies the cold, and thus air bubbles disintegrating in the water inside the icing cell move to liquid-phase water from a part where ice is generated, thereby enabling transparent ice to be generated, and the degree of cold transfer, which is the amount of cold of the cooler is to be transferred, is different in the first tray assembly and the second tray assembly.

    Abstract: A refrigerator according to the present invention comprises: a storage compartment for storing food; a first temperature sensor for sensing the temperature in the storage compartment; a door for opening and closing the storage compartment; a cold air supply means for supplying cold air into the storage compartment; trays forming ice-making cells which are spaces in which water changes phase into ice due to the cold air; a second temperature sensor for sensing the temperature of the water or ice in the ice-making cells; a heater for supplying heat to the trays; and a control unit for controlling the heater, wherein, after opening or closing of the door is sensed during the ice-making process, the control unit increases the cooling power of the cold air supply means if an increase in cooling power therefrom is determined to be needed on the basis of the temperature sensed by the first temperature sensor, and decreases the amount of heat applied by the heater if a reduction in heat applied by the heater is determined to be needed on the basis of the change in temperature sensed by the second temperature sensor.

The controller variably controls a heating amount of the heater so that an ice making rate is maintained within a predetermined range. When a defrosting start condition is satisfied in the ice making process, the controller performs a defrosting process.
