    Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display device includes: a substrate; a scan line configured to transfer a scan signal; a data line and a driving voltage line configured to transfer a data voltage and a driving voltage, respectively; a switching transistor including a switching drain electrode configured to output the data voltage; a driving transistor including a driving gate electrode connected with the switching drain electrode; a storage capacitor including a first storage electrode connected with the driving gate electrode and a second storage electrode connected with the driving voltage line; and an organic light emitting diode connected with a driving drain electrode of the driving transistor. The storage capacitor includes: a connector in which an edge of the second storage electrode is offset from an edge of the first storage electrode in a direction toward the center of the second storage electrode, and a storage compensator facing the connector.

    Abstract: A display device includes a driving gate electrode, a scan line separate from the driving gate electrode, a data line, a driving voltage line, and a semiconductor area including a first channel region overlapping the driving gate electrode and a shielding area overlapping the first data line. The display device also has a control line which includes a main line portion and a detour portion. The main line portion and the detour portion extend in different directions, and the semiconductor area includes a second channel region overlapping the first portion of the detour portion.

    Abstract: A display device includes signal lines and pixels connected thereto. A first pixel includes a first transistor including a first gate electrode, a first channel region overlapping the first gate electrode, a first source region, and a second drain region facing the first source region, with the first channel region interposed between the first source region and the second drain region. A third transistor includes a third gate electrode, a third channel region overlapping the third gate electrode, a third drain region connected to the first gate electrode, and a third source region facing the third drain region with the third channel region interposed between the third source region and the third drain region. A shielding part overlaps a boundary between the third source region and the third channel region and does not overlap a boundary between the third drain region and the third channel region.

    Abstract: A display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: a scan line extending in a first direction; a data line crossing the scan line and transmitting a data signal; a driving voltage line crossing the scan line and transmitting a driving voltage; a conductive member including a portion connected to the driving voltage line and overlapping the data line, wherein a first insulation layer is interposed between the conductive member and the data line; and a control line including a plurality of main line portions each extending in the first direction, and a detour portion that is located between two of the plurality of main line portions that are adjacent one another in a plan view, wherein the detour portion connects the two adjacent main line portions together, wherein a part of the detour portion is located between the conductive member and the driving voltage line in the plan view.
