    Abstract: A light-emitting device includes: a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; an interlayer between the first electrode and the second electrode and including an emission layer; and a capping layer disposed on the second electrode, wherein the interlayer further includes an electron transport region between the emission layer and the second electrode, the capping layer includes at least one first material represented by Formula 1 or Formula 2, and the electron transport region satisfies at least one of Condition (1) and Condition (2), as defined herein.
