Abstract: A low-molecular-weight fused polycyclic heteroaromatic compound, an organic thin film and an electronic device including the fused polycyclic heteroaromatic compound, include a compact planar structure in which six or more rings are fused together, and thereby exhibits high charge mobility, and furthermore, enables the use of a deposition process or a room-temperature solution process when applied to devices, therefore realizing improved processibility.
