    摘要: A steel pipe having excellent corrosion resistance in an environment containing wet carbon dioxide and a small amount of hydrogen sulfide and having also excellent weldability is produced at a low production cost and with high productivity. The production method comprises heating to a temperature of 1,050.degree. to 1,300.degree. C. a slab containing, in terms of wt %, 0.01 to less than 1.2% of Si, 0.02 to 3.0% of Mn, 7.5 to 14.0% of Cr and 0.005 to 0.5% of Al, reduced C, N, P and S contents, at least one of Cu, Ni, Co, Mo and W, a balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities, and having an MC value of at least 0, finishing hot rolling within an austenite monophase temperature range, coiling the steel sheet as a hot coil having a sheet thickness of 3.0 to 25.4 mm, cooling the coil at a cooling rate of at least 0.01.degree. C./sec to at least 500.degree. C. to convert the steel sheet to a steel substantially consisting of martensite, reheating the steel to a temperature of 550.degree. C. to not more than an A.sub.c1 transformation point, holding it for at least 15 minutes, cooling the steel web to a normal temperature, cutting it into a predetermined width, and welding both ends of the steel by electric resistance welding while the steel coil is continuously shaped into a cylindrical shape.

    摘要: A magnetic marker comprising a plurality of magnetized fibers oriented substantially parallel to each other is attached to a fringe of ground fabric for production of felt in the form of an endless belt for detecting the travel of the ground fabric and changing various production parameters according to the number of turns which the ground fabric makes around a series of rolls for causing the movement of the ground fabric. Since the magnetic marker consists of extremely thin magnetized fibers, it can withstand the repeated piercing by needles which is required for the production of felt for the purpose of entangling the fibers of fiber web with the ground fabric.

    摘要: A multi-beam scanning device is provided with a light source that emits a plurality of light beams, a polygonal mirror that deflects the light beams to scan, and an optical system that converges the deflected light beams on a plurality of objects to be scanned. The objects are arranged on a side, with respect to the polygonal mirror, in which the light beams scan, from a position closer to the polygonal mirror to a position farther from the polygonal mirror in order. The optical system further includes a plurality of optical path turning systems that turn optical paths of the deflected light beams, respectively. Each of the optical path turning systems includes a plurality of reflection surfaces, the numbers of the reflection surfaces of the optical path turning systems are all even, or odd.

    摘要: An antiferroelectric liquid crystal cell having a high-speed response and wide viewing angle characteristic free of an image sticking phenomenon is provided. This antiferroelectric liquid crystal cell is composed of an antiferroelectric liquid crystal material held between a pair of parallel substrates. The antiferroelectric liquid crystal material filled between the parallel substrates has such a characteristic that when a sinusoidal voltage value with a changing reference frequency is applied to the antiferroelectric liquid crystal cell, the imaginary part of the complex dielectric constant obtained by Fourier transform of the output voltage value output from the antiferroelectric liquid crystal cell has no local maximum value within the reference frequency range of 100 Hz to 5 kHz. In other words, this characteristic is similar to a characteristic such that when the real part and the imaginary part of the complex dielectric constant are plotted by using a Cole--Cole plot for each frequency, a characteristic curve having no local maximum value within the reference frequency range of 100 Hz to 5 kHz is obtained.
