    摘要: A semiconductor device includes a semiconductor wafer in which semiconductor chip forming regions and a scribe region located between the semiconductor chip forming regions are formed, a plurality of semiconductor chip circuit portions provided over the semiconductor wafer, a plurality of first conductive layers, provided in each of the semiconductor chip forming regions, which is electrically connected to each of the circuit portions, and a first connecting portion that electrically connects the first conductive layers to each other across a portion of the scribe region. An external power supply or grounding pad is connected to any one of the first conductive layer and the first connecting portion. The semiconductor device includes a communication portion, connected to the circuit portion, which performs communication with the outside by capacitive coupling or inductive coupling.

    摘要: Disclosed is a cylindrical elastic mount including an inner sleeve member having an outward flange portion at one and an outer sleeve member disposed around the inner sleeve member with a radial spacing therebetween. The outer sleeve member has an outward flange portion at one end on the side of the flange portion of the inner sleeve member so that the flange portions of the inner and outer sleeve members are opposed to each other with an axial spacing between respective opposite surfaces of the flange portions. An elastic body disposed in the radial spacing between the inner and outer sleeves and the axial spacing between the flange portions for elastically connecting the inner and outer sleeve member. The opposite surfaces of the flange portions of the inner and outer sleeve members have respective tapered surfaces, which extend approximately parallel to each other in an axially outward direction inclined to a central axis of the mount, and are elastically connected with each other via the elastic body interposed therebetween.

    摘要: Communication between an image-information storage device and a terminal is made possible even in a case where they have images of different image formats. An image data delivery request, transmitted from any of a plurality of terminals and received by a receiving portion, includes information indicating that the terminal has a source format of CIF or QCIF. This information is transferred to a communication control portion which informs the source format control portion of the source format (CIF or QCIF of) the terminal. When the terminal has the CIF source format, the required data transmitted from an image-information storage device are transmitted through a transmitter portion to the terminal. When the terminal has the QCIF source format, a part of the image data transferred from the image-information storage device is extracted and converted into data of QCIF format by the source format control portion. The converted data of QCIF source format are then transmitted through a transmitting portion to the terminal.

    摘要: An intake system comprises an intake passage provided, in order from an upstream side of the intake passage, with a throttle valve, a mechanical compressor supercharger and an inter-cooler for delivering supercharged air discharged by the supercharger into cylinders of an internal combustion engine. The intake passage has a supercharger bypass passage for allowing an intake air flow to bypass the supercharger, and an inter-cooler bypass passage for allowing a supercharged air flow to bypass the inter-cooler. Pneumatic valves, disposed, respectively, in the supercharger and inter-cooler bypasses passages, are controlled to open both the bypass passages when the internal combustion engine operates in a range of lower loads, to open at least the supercharger bypass passage when the internal combustion engine operates in a range of medium loads, and to close both the bypass passages when the internal combustion engine operates in a range of higher loads.

    摘要: A hydraulic transmission coupling apparatus which is used instead of a center differential or a viscous coupling being usually mounted between a front wheel drive shaft and a rear wheel drive shaft of a four-wheel drive vehicle, and transmits driving force existing between the two shafts. The hydraulic transmission coupling apparatus is provided with a vane-type hydraulic pump which generates hydraulic pressure corresponding to a relative rotation speed difference of the two drive shafts and a variable throttle valve being disposed in the passage connecting a discharge port of the hydraulic pump with a tank, whose opening area varies according to the hydraulic pressure generated by the hydraulic pump, thereby driving force to be transmitted being increased or decreased steeply as the rotation speed difference becomes larger.
