Abstract: A utility knife includes a housing having a compartment for receiving one or more spare knife blades, a blade carrier slidably received in the housing for supporting and moving a knife blade into and out of the housing, and a pushing device for selectively pushing and feeding one of the spare knife blades into the blade carrier without opening or detaching the housing. A pusher is slidably received in the housing and has an edge for engaging with and for moving the spare knife blade to the blade carrier, and a spring element may move the pusher relative to the housing and to offset the pusher from the spare knife blade. A hand grip may be used to move the pusher relative to the housing.

Abstract: A knife includes two casings for slidably supporting a knife blade. The casings includes a structure that may be easily assembled together without additional tools. The casings each includes a latch formed on one end for engaging with each other and for securing one end of the casings together. A knob is slidably engaged on one of the casings and includes a hook for engaging with the other casing and for securing the casings together. Abstract: A saw includes a handle having a channel formed in the upper portion for slidably receiving a beam. An arm is secured to one end of the beam. Two rotary members are pivotally secured to the handle and the arm for supporting a saw blade. A knob is slidably engaged in the handle and has a key for engaging with one of the rotary member and for securing the rotary member to the handle. The arm includes a stop for engaging with and for positioning the other rotary member to the arm. The beam and the arm are moved away from the handle for stretching and for securing the saw blade in place.
