Abstract:
The invention relates to a windscreen wiper device for a vehicle, comprising a wiper blade (2) having an elongate upper part (10) and an elongate lower part (12) which are at least partially flexible. Also provided are multiple connecting elements (18) for connecting the upper part (10) and the lower part (12), the connecting elements being mutually spaced along a longitudinal extent (8) of the wiper blade (2) and being attached to the upper part (10) and/or the lower part (12) by a rotary joint, and the connecting elements (18) being designed to allow a movement of the upper part (10) and the lower part relative to each another with a movement component along a longitudinal extent (8) of the wiper blade (2). The wiper blade (2) has a fastening arrangement (32) which is designed to be fitted into a hollow shaft (40) of a drive unit and to be connected thereto so to transmit a torque from the drive unit via the hollow shaft (40) and the fastening arrangement (32) to the wiper blade (2).
Abstract:
A windshield wiper assembly includes a telescoping wiper head having a first section fixed to a pivot drive shaft and a second section capable of translating relative to the first section between an extended position and a retracted position. A curvilinear guide rail engages the second section and guides the second section between the extended and retracted positions. A wiper blade is carried on the second section. Advantageously the wiper assembly functions to provide enhanced wiper coverage over the Zone B portion of the windscreen through which the occupants view is typically directed.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a windscreen wiper device (100) for a vehicle, with a fastening element (52), in particular to a motor vehicle. The windscreen wiper device (100) comprises a mounting element (40) which is designed to be mounted on the fastening element (52), and a wiper blade (2) with an elongate upper part (10) and an elongate lower part (12), which are configured to be at least partially bendable. Furthermore, a plurality of connecting elements (18) for connecting the upper part (10) and the lower part (12) are provided, wherein the connecting elements (18) are spaced apart from one another along a longitudinal extent (8) of the wiper blade (2). The connecting elements (18) are designed in order to permit a movement of the upper part (10) and of the lower part (12) relative to each other with a movement component along a longitudinal extent (8) of the wiper blade (2). Furthermore, the wiper blade (2) comprises a wiper-blade-side fastening part (20). The wiper-blade-side fastening part (20) is configured in such a manner that, by means of a rotation of the wiper-blade-side fastening part (20) relative to the mounting element (40), an engagement can be formed in order to connect the wiper-blade-side fastening part (20) to the mounting element (40).

Abstract:
A windscreen wiper device, particularly for automobiles, comprises an elongated wiper blade of a flexible material, which can be placed in abutment with a windscreen to be wiped. The wiper blade comprising includes a connecting device for an oscillating arm, wherein the oscillating arm near one end thereof is pivotally connected to the wiper blade and near the other end thereof is connected to a mounting head on a drive shaft for transferring a reciprocal movement to the wiper blade. A cap is connected to the mounting head at the location where the oscillating arm is connected to the mounting head. The drive shaft is arranged to spray a liquid under pressure through an opening of the cap onto a windscreen to be wiped. The drive shaft is arranged to spray the liquid in axial direction thereof onto an internal guiding surface of the cap in order to guide the liquid along the guiding surface through the opening of the cap onto a windscreen to be wiped.
Abstract:
A wiper device cleaning a vehicle window is disclosed. The device has a wiper shaft and a holding element, fastened on the wiper shaft, and an adapter element which is connected to the holding element and to which a wiper arm and a wiper blade arranged on the wiper arm are fastened. The adapter element is mounted about a swivel axis arranged perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the wiper shaft. Between the holding element and the adapter element, a detent connection is constructed, which in a first position arrests the adapter element with the wiper arm in a wiping position on the wiper shaft, and in a dismantling position enables a releasing of the adapter element with the wiper arm from the holding element.
