    摘要： A sunshade assembly for use with a sun roof construction of a motor vehicle is disclosed, which comprises two chain units each including first and second groups of guided pieces and a plurality of links pivotally connected to the first and second groups of guided pieces in a zig-zag manner, two guide rails each having at its inboard side upper and lower guide grooves for slidably receiving therein the first and second groups of guided pieces respectively, a plurality of supporting rods each extending between one guided piece of the first group associated with one guide rail and another guided piece of the first group associated with the other guide rail, and a shading cloth having thereon a plurality of supported portions which are supported by the supporting rods respectively.

    摘要： A guard system for preventing unauthorized entry through sliding patio doors and the like even when the glass is broken, while preserving unobstructed appearance when not in use, includes a set of vertical rods hung from a track secured across the inside top of the patio door to be protected, and extending past it to one side so all rods can be slid out of sight behind a customary patio door curtain, and apparatus holding the rods in spaced parallel relation to bar the patio door to intruders, this apparatus including a horizontal bar across the inside of the patio door midway up and securable at each end by quick attach-detach brackets; the horizontal bar has holes through it for holding the rods in position; a sill track runs across the patio door sill on the inside and prevents the bottom of the rods from being pushed inward; the rods can be pivoted and lifted for insertion into the horizontal bar; alternative modes of deployment are disclosed.

    摘要： A window locking apparatus includes a proximal cross brace, a distal cross brace, a first track brace, and a second track brace. The first track brace is positioned parallel to the second track brace. The proximal cross brace is perpendicularly positioned in between the first track brace and the second track brace. The distal cross brace is perpendicularly positioned in between the first track brace and the second track brace, wherein the proximal cross brace and the distal cross brace are positioned offset of each other. The proximal cross brace is rotatably connected to the first track brace and removably mounted to the second track brace. The distal cross brace is rotatably connected to the first track brace and removably mounted to the second track brace. The removable connections of the second track brace allows the window locking apparatus to be installed or removed from a window.
