摘要: A variable displacement reciprocating pump with pumping rate that is adjustable from zero to maximum stroke while the pump is running. Stroke is varied by changing relative position of pairs of eccentric inner and outer cams that drive the pump's plungers. The pump's input drive shaft drives two gear trains: a first gear train that turns the inner cams and a second gear train that turns the outer cams. These cams normally revolve together with no relative motion occurring between them. A rotary actuator is positioned in the first gear train to rotate the inner cams relative to the outer cams and thereby changes the pump's stroke. A computerized system of sensors and control valves allows the pump to be automatically controlled or limited to any one or combination of desired output flow, pressure and horsepower.

摘要: The present invention relates to a reciprocating compressor. The reciprocating compressor includes a latching unit by which a piston is reciprocated by two times a total eccentric amount obtained by adding an eccentric amount of an eccentric portion to an eccentric amount of an eccentric sleeve in a power mode, while the piston is reciprocated by two times the eccentric amount of the eccentric portion in a saving mode, accordingly the piston can have an upper dead point same in the power mode and the saving mode, thereby reducing a dead volume between the piston and a discharge valve and increasing a variable ratio of a cooling capacity of the compressor in the saving mode.

摘要: A dual capacity compressor that prevents relative movement from taking place between certain components is provided. The dual capacity compressor includes a power generating part having a reversible motor and a crank shaft inserted in the motor, and a compression part having a cylinder, a piston and a connecting rod. A crank pin is provided in an upper part of the crank shaft, eccentric from an axis of the crank shaft, and an eccentric sleeve is rotatably fitted between the crank pin and an end of the connecting rod. A key member is held at least a part of the eccentric sleeve, and held at a particular portion of at the eccentric sleeve during operation so as to positively latch the eccentric sleeve with the crank pin in both directions rotation of the motor.

摘要: A crankshaft in a dual capacity compressor is disclosed, which causes oil contained in a lower portion of the compressor to flow up to an upper portion thereof with respect to all the rotational directions of a motor. A crank shaft (100) includes a driving shaft (110) inserted into a reversible motor (21, 22) for rotating along with the motor (21, 22), a balance weight (120) formed in a top portion of the driving shaft (110) for preventing vibration during rotation from occurring, a crank pin (130) formed on an upper surface of the balance weight (120) to be eccentric from the center of the driving shaft (110), and a regular/reverse oil path (140) formed along the balance weight (120) and the crank pin (130) for moving oil for forward rotation and reverse rotation of the motor respectively. The crankshaft serves to stably lubricate each driving part of the dual capacity compressor regardless of rotation direction.

摘要: A dual capacity compressor, which can maintain a fixed eccentricity and stable operation, even when the compressor is rotated in both the regular and reverse directions in order to provide multiple compression capacities, is provided. This dual capacity compressor implements an improved key member and associated key member fitting parts to inhibit relative motion of the crank pin and the eccentric sleeve during operation, so as to reduce or eliminate a destabilizing effect due to centrifugal forces on the eccentric sleeve and external forces applied through the connecting rod.
