The box is an integrally formed unitary unit and includes an upper wall, side walls, a lower wall, a hole, and a leaf spring. The upper wall, the side walls, and the lower wall define a space. The hole is formed on the upper wall and enables communication between the space and the outside of the box. The leaf spring extends upward from the lower wall to reach the space and forms an end protruding from the hole. The plugging element includes a plugging portion and a clamping portion having upper and lower clamping leaf springs. The plugging portion is inserted into the space and plugged into the box. The end of the leaf spring abuts against the plugging portion and is pressed downward by the plugging portion to lie in the space.

    摘要: A central conductor of coaxial cable connector includes a barrel, at least one first spring plate group, and at least one second spring plate group. The barrel has two ends forming connection bores, opposite side surfaces respectively forming a first slit and a second slit, and top and bottom walls respectively forming a wall opening and a bottom wall opening. The first spring plate group and the second spring plate group are arranged opposite in direction to each other and each includes spring plates that are arranged to engage each other from upper and lower sides. Each of the spring plates has an end connected to the top or bottom wall of the barrel and an opposite end extending inward of the top wall opening or the bottom wall opening. As such, clamping force is enhanced, contact area is increased, and resiliency limit is improved, so as to provide excellent engagement between conductors.

    摘要: The present invention pertains to a push-in connector for accepting a rigid end 10 of a conductor. The push-in connector comprises a stop 20 for arresting the end of the conductor in the push-in connector. A spring element 30 is designed to push the end of the conductor introduced into the push-in connector against the stop in such a way that the end of the conductor is arrested nonpositively in the push-in connector. The push-in connector comprises a tipping element 40 for defining a tipping axis. The tipping element 40 is arranged in such a way that the spring element 30 generates a torque around the tipping axis 50 on the introduced end 10 of the conductor so that the end 10 of the conductor is pressed against the stop 20.

    摘要: An electrical pin or socket terminal includes a vertical tubular body portion, and a spring clip portion connected with the upper end of the body portion. The spring clip portion includes two opposed electrical contacts at least one of which is resiliently biased toward the other. A separating arrangement is operable between a separated condition retaining the contacts in separated spaced relation for longitudinally receiving therebetween a conductor bare end, and a released condition in which the contacts are released for resilient electrical engagement with diametrically opposed surfaces of the conductor bare end. In one embodiment, the spring clip portion includes a pair of parallel spaced struts the upper ends of which are reversely bent toward each other. In another embodiment, a leaf spring electrical contact biases the bare conductor end against a stationary electrical contact.
