    摘要： This safety ski binding includes a base plate adapted to be fastened to an upper side of the ski and supporting a vertical pivot. A sole plate is pivotably mounted on the vertical pivot and supports at its rear end a heel support having a sole support which is acted upon by a locking spring. The heel support includes a holding jaw at its front end. The sole plate is pushed by the locking spring in the direction of its central position.An additional release of the ski boot is provided by movement of the heel support relative to the sole plate, as in the case of a pure horizontal load. A heel support has a bearing block which is pivotable with its base about a vertical axial member. The vertical axial member of the bearing block is fastened to the sole plate. A further roller is allocated to the bearing block which is pressed by an additional spring against a cam disposed at the base plate.

    摘要： The axis of rotation of a plate which carries the heel-holding member of a ski binding is forwardly inclined at an angle approximately between 8.degree. and 20.degree. with respect to a vertical axis perpendicular to the top ski face. This angle of slope is close in value to the forward slope imposed on the skier's tibia by the shape of the ski boot. The top surface of the rotary plate nevertheless remains parallel to the top ski face.

    摘要： A ski stop is associated with a heel tightener for safety ski bindings that comprises a boot heel-supporting turntable to which there are pivotably secured two pull members, one passing each side of the boot heel, which carry a sole retainer movable against the force of at least one spring. To permit stepping into the binding without prior manipulation and automatically bring the ski stop to a position ready for operation, a base plate fixed to the ski and carrying the turntable has a horizontal cross-shaft to which there is pivoted a pedal of the ski stop that is pivotable against the force of at least one spring to a position above the turntable at least approximately parallel to the base plate. At least one lever in the form of a braking skid is hinged to the pedal parallel to its pivotal shaft and the arm of the lever is guided for longitudinal movement in an eyelet on the ski.

    摘要： A ski binding wherein the housing of a safety device is secured directly to the upper side of the ski or to a cross country frame whose front end portion is pivoted to the ski. The housing has and/or contains friction reducing balls, rollers, liners and/or edge portions which guide a carriage for the front or rear hold-down device. The carriage is movable relative to the housing in a horizontal plane at right angles to the skiing direction and is normally held in a neutral position, in which the front part of the sole or the heel of a ski boot rests on its top surface, by the lobe of an eccentric which is rotatable in the housing and is normally held against rotation from the angular position corresponding to neutral position of the carriage by a set of prestressed helical springs reacting against the housing and bearing against a retainer having a flat abutting a flat of the eccentric. When the carriage is subjected to the action of a force whose magnitude exceeds a preselected value, the lobe of the eccentric is expelled from a socket of the carriage and the latter moves transversely of the skiing direction to a position of complete disengagement from the housing.
