摘要: A flow control valve includes a housing having a valve chamber, an inlet port, an outlet port, and a valve seat. In addition, the flow control valve includes a valve body disposed in the valve chamber, an actuator having an output rotational shaft, a feed screw mechanism to convert forward and reverse rotational motion of the output rotational shaft to axial reciprocating motion of the valve body, a backlash preventive spring positioned between the housing and the valve body, and a spring supporting device formed on the housing and having a spring seating surface. The spring seating surface is spaced from the valve seat in an opening direction of the valve body.

摘要: A globe valve (e.g. Flow-To-Open valve) can include an inlet opening with a circular shaped opening cross section defining a valve axis, a globe valve member movable in a vertical direction transversely to the valve axis and connectable, via a valve rod, to an actuator for actuating the globe valve member, and a passage opening with a circular-shaped passage opening cross section. The globe valve member closes the passage opening at a lowest actuating position, in the vertical direction, and a flow channel extending from the inlet opening to the passage opening defines a flow cross section. The surface size of the flow cross section decreases in a first section from the inlet opening, in a flow direction, to a transition point. The flow cross section, in the first section, is continuously oval shaped and the first section of the flow channel is continuously inclined downwards in the vertical direction.

摘要: The present invention discloses a bidirectional pressure self-balancing stop valve, comprising a valve body, a valve disc, a press ring, a valve bonnet, a valve rod and a balance hole, in which the valve disc is located inside the valve body chamber, the press ring is threadedly disposed on the upper side of the valve body chamber, the valve bonnet is fixedly connected with the valve body, the valve rod passes through the valve bonnet and the lower end of the valve rod is movably connected with the valve disc. The excircle of the valve disc, the press ring and the valve body form an annular groove, inside which is disposed with a composite seal ring that is high temperature resistant or corrosion resistant. The composite seal ring includes an upper washer, an upper seal ring, an upper distance ring, a blocking ring, a lower distance ring, a lower seal ring and a lower washer from top to bottom. The invention uses a bidirectional self-sealing structure. As the high temperature resistant composite seal ring is made of high temperature resistant sealing material with low density, the similar pressure self-sealing property of O or Y-shaped seal rings can also be obtained and then the sealing quality and sealing lifespan will be durable and reliable. In addition, the corrosion resistant composite seal ring made of corrosion resistant sealing material can be used in many corrosive environments.

摘要: A pressure/flow control valve that includes a first valve member and a second valve member moveable relative to one another and cooperating with one another so as to define a valve opening having a size that varies with a relative position between these members. The first magnet is operatively coupled to the first valve member and a second magnet is operatively coupled to the second valve member and magnetically coupled to the first magnet. The first and second magnets are disposed such that a repulsive force between them increases asymptotically as the magnets move together, thereby providing a dampening force between the first and second valve members that allows these valve members to be moved rapidly from one position to the next in a highly controlled fashion.

The valve housing has a central bore, a port in said housing to facilitate connection of a nozzle thereto, and a t-stem having a lower end with an opening. A two part poppit is positioned in the t-stem for sealing the valve. The has an elastomeric valve seat portion and a support portion for the valve seat. The support portion includes a shaft that is received in an opening of the lower end of the t-stem.

摘要: A ventilator device and system comprising a rotating compressor, preferably a drag compressor, which, at the beginning of each inspiratory ventilation phase, is accelerated to a sufficient speed to deliver the desired inspiratory gas flow, and is subsequently stopped or decelerated to a basal flow level to permit the expiratory ventilation phase to occur. The ventilator device is small and light weight enough to be utilized in portable applications. The ventilator device is power efficient enough to operate for extended periods of time on internal or external batteries. Also provided is an oxygen blending apparatus which utilizes solenoid valves having specific orifice sizes for blending desired amounts of oxygen into the inspiratory gas flow. Also provided is an exhalation valve having an exhalation flow transducer which incorporates a radio frequency data base to provide an attendant controller with specific calibration information for the exhalation flow transducer.

摘要: A seal system particularly suitable for a process valve, in which the intermediate chamber formed between two sliding seal gaskets arranged in series is connected to a static separator of elastic plenum chamber or bag type filled with a biodegradable, non-contaminating, non-aggressive auxiliary lubricant fluid, the internal plenum chamber or bag, which is of very high elasticity, being connected to the process fluid and cooperating with a movable head which itself cooperates with a position sensor. A modified embodiment is also described.

摘要: A gate valve has a housing, a valving element in the housing, and a seat in the housing which cooperates with the valving element and extends transverse to the flow direction. The valving element is carried by a spindle which serves to move the valving element into and out of engagement with the seat. A support for the spindle is disposed in the housing and has a central, outwardly directed flange which defines a passage for the spindle. The flange is coupled to the spindle in the region of the valving element so that the support moves with the spindle. The support is in sliding engagement with the internal surface of the housing to thus guide the spindle and support the latter against transverse forces generated by flow through the housing.

摘要: An improved stop valve eliminates the need for O-rings and washers. The valve contains a one piece unitary stem formed of resilient compressible plastic material. The stem contains three separate seals and fits within, extends through and is moveable in a valve sleeve. Operating the handle moves the stem axially between a first axial position in which the valve is fully open and a second axial position in which the valve is fully closed. The first seal is operative to provide a seal responsive to said stem being in the first axial position, the second seal means is operative to provide a seal responsive to said stem being in the second axial position, and the third seal is operative to seal in all axial positions.
