摘要: An apparatus for decoding an encoded audio signal, includes: a spectral domain audio decoder for generating a first decoded representation of a first set of first spectral portions being spectral prediction residual values; a frequency regenerator for generating a reconstructed second spectral portion using a first spectral portion of the first set of first spectral portions, wherein the reconstructed second spectral portion additionally includes spectral prediction residual values; and an inverse prediction filter for performing an inverse prediction over frequency using the spectral residual values for the first set of first spectral portions and the reconstructed second spectral portion using prediction filter information included in the encoded audio signal.

摘要: An audio signal (X) is represented by a bitstream (B) segmented into frames. An audio processing system (500) comprises a buffer (510) and a decoding section (520). The buffer joins sets of audio data (D1; D2, . . . , DN) carried by N respective frames (F1, F2, . . . , FN) into one decodable set of audio data (D) corresponding to a first frame rate and to a first number of samples of the audio signal per frame. The frames have a second frame rate corresponding to a second number of samples of the audio signal per frame. The first number of samples is N times the second number of samples. The decoding section decodes the decodable set of audio data into a segment of the audio signal by at least employing signal synthesis, based on the decodable set of audio data, with a stride corresponding to the first number of samples of the audio signal.

摘要: The present invention relates to an audio encoding and, more particularly, to a signal classifying method and device, and an audio encoding method and device using the same, which can reduce a delay caused by an encoding mode switching while improving the quality of reconstructed sound. The signal classifying method may comprise the operations of: classifying a current frame into one of a speech signal and a music signal; determining, on the basis of a characteristic parameter obtained from multiple frames, whether a result of the classifying of the current frame includes an error; and correcting the result of the classifying of the current frame in accordance with a result of the determination. By correcting an initial classification result of an audio signal on the basis of a correction parameter, the present invention can determine an optimum coding mode for the characteristic of an audio signal and can prevent frequent coding mode switching between frames.

The method also includes decoding the at least one signal to generate at least one decoded signal having an intermediate sampling rate. The intermediate sampling rate is based on coding information associated with the first frame. The method further includes generating a resampled signal based at least in part on the at least one decoded signal. The resampled signal has an output sampling rate of the decoder.

摘要: An audio encoder for encoding an audio signal, includes: a first encoding processor for encoding a first audio signal portion in a frequency domain, wherein the first encoding processor includes: a time frequency converter for converting the first audio signal portion into a frequency domain representation having spectral lines up to a maximum frequency of the first audio signal portion; a spectral encoder for encoding the frequency domain representation; a second encoding processor for encoding a second different audio signal portion in the time domain; a cross-processor for calculating, from the encoded spectral representation of the first audio signal portion, initialization data of the second encoding processor, so that the second encoding processing is initialized to encode the second audio signal portion immediately following the first audio signal portion in time in the audio signal.
