Abstract: Malicious attacks by certain devices against a radio access network (RAN) can be detected and mitigated, while allowing communication of priority messages. A security management component (SMC) can determine whether a malicious attack against the RAN is occurring based on a defined baseline that indicates whether a malicious attack is occurring. The defined baseline is determined based on respective characteristics associated with respective devices that are determined based on analysis of information relating to the devices. In response to determining there is a malicious attack, SMC determines whether to block connections of devices to the RAN based on respective priority levels associated with respective messages being communicated by the devices. SMC blocks connections of devices communicating messages associated with priority levels that do not satisfy a defined threshold priority level, while managing communication connections to allow messages satisfying the defined threshold priority level to be communicated via the RAN.

Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, detecting a user operating a cross reality headset, receiving a first location of the cross reality headset, providing image content and audio content to the cross reality headset, and receiving a second location of the cross reality headset. Further embodiments can include determining the cross reality headset is stationary based on the first location and the second location resulting in a determination, and providing instructions to the cross reality headset to adjust positioning the image content on a display of the cross reality headset and to provide the audio content according to the determination resulting in an adjustment of the positioning of the image content. The cross reality headset presents the image content according to the adjustment on the display. The cross reality headset provides the audio content. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Abstract: Concepts and technologies are disclosed herein for providing a transaction validation service. A device can receive a request to validate a transaction requested by a user device, where the transaction can be performed by an application and where the request to validate the transaction can be obtained with a first hash that is created by the user device. The first hash can include a hash of transaction data that is hashed using data stored on the user device. The device can receive an indication that the transaction has been approved, obtain a second hash of the transaction data that is hashed using the data stored on the user device, and determine, based on the first hash and the second hash, whether the transaction should be allowed or blocked.

Abstract: The technologies described herein are generally directed to modeling radio wave propagation in a fifth generation (5G) network or other next generation networks. For example, a method described herein can include receiving, from a user equipment located in a network coverage area, a request to establish a connection to second network equipment via a network comprising the first network equipment. The method can further include determining that the network coverage area comprises an area with multiple network coverage enabled by the second network equipment and third network equipment via the network. Further, based on the determining that the network coverage area comprises the area with the multiple network coverage, communicating, to the user equipment, information that indicates that the connection is to be delayed by a time period.
