    Abstract: Embodiments herein relate, for example, to a method performed by a network node (150,13,15) for handling registering to an Internet Protocol Multimedia Subsystem, IMS, network in a communication network. The network node, with the proviso that a user equipment, UE, (10) is performing a handover from a first public land mobile network, PLMN, of a first country or operator to a second PLMN of a second country or operator, performs one or more of the following: —enforcing the UE (10) to make a session initiation protocol, SIP, registration whereby an IMS system can switch off SIP encryption policy, immediately after having entered the second PLMN; —initiating a SIP re-INVITE with a session description protocol, SDP, including a UE subscriber identity, ID, a remote party ID, and an indication of a speech codec; and 7 or —when the network node knows by configuration that the second PLMN requires a different SIP encryption policy than currently used, sending a message to another network node, wherein the message indicates explicitly or implicitly that a different SIP encryption policy and/or LI policy is to be used.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for physical layer (L1) Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP) measurement and reporting are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method performed by a User Equipment (UE) comprises performing L1-RSRP measurements for at least a subset of a first set of reference signals configured for L1-RSRP measurements, the subset of the first set of reference signals consisting of reference signals that are both in the first set of reference signals configured for L1-RSRP measurements and in a second set of reference signals identified during Radio Resource Management (RRM) measurements performed by the UE. The method further comprises reporting the L1-RSRP measurements only for the subset of the first set of reference signals configured for L1-RSRP measurements. In this manner, UE complexity is reduced.

The quadrature oscillator is split into two halves, which are separated in the chip layout. That is the two pairs of resonators are separated from each other, and the two pairs of the main transistors are separated from the resonator they coupled to such that the quadrature oscillator is separated into two spaced apart oscillator halves connected by transmission lines.

    Abstract: Methods, decoders, and programs are provided. All blocks of an image that has been encoded are decoded. At least one sample of at least one block of the image is filtered by, for each block being filtered: for each sample being filtered: selecting a plurality of neighboring samples. For at least one neighboring sample, a difference is calculated between the neighboring sample and the sample. A modifier value is obtained. A modifier sum is derived based on a sum of the modifier values for the neighboring samples. A correction value is determined based on a conditional addition of at least one shifted version of the modifier sum, each shift having a same number of shift steps in each correction value determination. A filtered sample is derived based on the sample and correction value. The filtered sample is stored. The block and filtered sample is output towards a decoder output.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for single to multiple device resource negotiation are provided. In some embodiments, a method of operating a requesting computing node to orchestrate execution of a peer-to-peer negotiation protocol to gain access, for a requested time period, to resources that are physically located on a remote computing node includes: sending one or more requests, to one or more remote computing nodes, for access to resources that are physically located on the remote computing nodes; receiving, from the remote computing nodes, one or more responses for access to resources that are physically located on the remote computing nodes; and selecting a subset of the responses for access to accept. Some advantages of the embodiments include enabling opportunistic increase in functionality of one physical device (requesting device) by borrowing resources that are locally unavailable, but available for use from another physical device (responding device) within a trusted device group.
