The invention proposes two embodiments of the method for creating signaling CDR where an MME which has received signaling messages from UE notifies a PGW with a signaling CDR creation function of the message reception, and the PGW creates the signaling CDR. The MME can charge for the signaling message transmitted from the UE, without the additional components.

The method comprises: a service registration step in which the controller registers a service to transmit information provided by the content provider to the terminal, and allocates an identification to a terminal group which will receive the information; a terminal registration step in which the content provider registers the terminal group to the controller; a terminal state checking step in which the controller receives a report on the operating states of the terminals of the registered terminal group; a terminal classifying step in which the controller classifies the terminals on the basis of the operating states of the terminals; and a terminal state reporting step in which the content provider receives a report on the state of the terminal.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a mobile communication system, and to a method for managing terminal paging in the system. A paging method of a terminal is characterized by comprising the steps of: receiving, from a base station, both a local counter value for synchronization with the base station and a local ID that the base station has allocated to the terminal; synchronizing the base station and the counter using the local counter value so as to enter an idle state; and checking the local counter and a paging trigger message contained in the subframe corresponding to the local ID. According to the present invention, local IDs are each allocated to the respective multiple MTC terminals, and therefore trigger periods can be efficiently managed in a network. Further, the multiple MTC terminals can be grouped using the allocated local IDs, thus achieving advantages of an increased number of MTC terminals which can be managed in the network.
