    Abstract: A pair of lead wire drawn from a voice coil is fixed to a land portion of a pair of terminal member by thermo-compression bonding. The pair of terminal member is integrally formed with the frame by insert molding. The frame made of synthetic resin has a pair of circular holes on the back side of the land portion to expose the land portion to the back space of the frame. In thermo-compression bonding, a supporting jig is pressed against the back side of the land portion via the circular hole. Thereby, generated heat is immediately transmitted to the supporting jig, preventing melting part of the frame around the land portion. Pressing force of a thermo-compression jig is received by the supporting jig, preventing sinking of the land portion in the frame.

    Abstract: Every time the cumulative number of revolutions of a spindle rotating motor reaches a cumulative number of revolutions set in a data table, a CPU reads out, from a data memory section, moving positions of a workpiece and tool at the reached cumulative number of revolutions and the next cumulative number of revolutions, and a spindle rotational speed instruction value at the reached cumulative number of revolutions.     Abstract: A bobbin unit includes a base portion and a coil winding portion on which a conductor is wound. A hole is formed in a central part of the base portion to allow an armature to pass through. Coil side terminals to which ends of the conductor are fixed and signal input terminals to which an external signal is entered are provided at opposite ends of the base portion with the hole located in between. The coil side terminals are electrically connected to their corresponding signal input terminals inside the base portion. A coil is formed on the coil winding portion by winding the conductor. The ends of the conductor are wound around the respective coil side terminals and fixed thereto by arc welding. Since the conductor is electrically connected to the signal input terminals when the ends of the conductor are fixed to the coil side terminals, connection of the ends of the conductor constituting the coil to the signal input terminals is made easy. Furthermore, the length of lead wire portions between the coil and the coil side terminals is shortened, making it possible to prevent breakage of the conductor between the coil and the coil side terminals.
