    Abstract: A touch substrate and a method for forming the same, and a touch display device are provided, relating to the field of display technology. The touch substrate includes a touch region and a light-shielding region surrounding the touch region, a light-shielding pattern is arranged at the light-shielding region; the touch substrate further includes a first touch electrode and a second touch electrode crossing each other and insulated from each other and virtual electrodes at regions defined by the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode, and each virtual electrode is spaced apart from the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode; the first touch electrode, the second touch electrode and the virtual electrodes contact the light-shielding pattern; portions of adjacent virtual electrodes at the light-shielding region are connected to each other via a first bridge, the first bridge is insulated from the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode; and a first ground wire is arranged at the light-shielding region, and the first ground wire is electrically connected to the virtual electrodes connected to each other via the first bridge.

    Abstract: A touch panel, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are disclosed. The touch panel includes a first sensing layer (10) and a second sensing layer (11) which are superimposed. The first sensing layer includes a plurality of columns of first sensing lines (12); each first sensing line is formed by the alternate series connection between first transparent electrodes (1) and first metal wires (2); the second sensing layer includes a plurality of rows of second sensing lines (34); each second sensing line is formed by the alternate series connection between second transparent electrodes (3) and second metal wires (4); in terms of vertical projections of the first sensing layer and the second sensing layer on a plane of the touch panel, the first transparent electrodes (1) and the second transparent electrodes (3) are alternately arranged along the column direction and the row direction; the first metal wires (2) and the second metal wires (4) are alternately arranged along the column direction and the row direction; the first metal wire (2) crosses over the second transparent electrode (3); and the second metal wire (4) crosses over the first transparent electrode (1). The touch panel can solve the Moiré problem.

    Abstract: The array substrate according to the present disclosure may include within its fanout region a plurality of signal transmission lines for transmitting signals between a driver chip and a display region of the array substrate, and each signal transmission line may correspond to one data transmission channel. The array substrate may further include at least one impedance balancing line arranged corresponding to a signal transmission line in the plurality of signal transmission lines, wherein the impedance balancing line is electrically connected to the signal transmission line, so that a difference between impedances of different data transmission channels within the fanout region meets a first predetermined condition.
