Abstract: A touch substrate includes a common electrode, a piezoelectric material layer and a touch electrode sequentially disposed on the substrate. The touch electrode includes a plurality of touch driving electrodes and a plurality of touch sensing electrodes, which cross with each other and are insulated from one another. The touch driving electrode includes a plurality of first touch sub-electrodes that are electrically connected. An overlapping area of front projections of the common electrode and each of the first touch control sub-electrodes on the substrate is smaller than an area of a pattern enclosed by a peripheral boundary of the first touch sub-electrodes.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a touch sensing structure, an operating method thereof, a touch substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a touch display device. The touch sensing structure includes: first signal lines; second signal lines; a plurality of sensing driving electrodes each connected to a corresponding first signal line and a corresponding second signal line; and a sensing layer in contact with the plurality of sensing driving electrodes. Rigidity of the sensing layer in contact with the sensing driving electrode changes along with a voltage difference between an electric signal applied to one of the first signal lines and an electric signal applied to the corresponding second signal line.

In one embodiment, the pressure force touch panel comprises an array substrate and a color film substrate assembling with each other, and, the color film substrate comprises a black matrix, a plurality of spacers are provided at a side of the color film substrate facing the array substrate; grooves, in one-to-one correspondence with at least some of the spacers, are provided in a side surface of the array substrate facing the color film substrate, and a piezoelectric mechanism electrically connected to a detection circuit is mounted in each of the grooves and is located within a region of projection of the black matrix onto the array substrate; wherein, the piezoelectric mechanism generates an electrical signal when the spacer is pressed against the corresponding piezoelectric mechanism.

Abstract: A display panel, a pressure sensitive touch screen, and a display device are disclosed. Pressure sensitive touch structures are arranged between an array substrate and a counter substrate. Each pressure sensitive touch structure includes a first touch electrode, a piezoelectric conversion layer, and a second touch electrode. In case each pressure sensitive touch structure is subject to a pressure, the pressure sensing unit determines the magnitude of pressure at the touch position by sensing a variation in the magnitude of voltage between the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode, thus realizing pressure touching. Since the pressure sensitive touch structures are embedded in the display panel, it is only required to make minor modification to the structural design of the display panel without being limited by the assembly tolerance. The detection accuracy is improved.
