The process comprises applying the multi-component composition to a primed substrate, an unprimed substrate, or a coated substrate. The multi-component composition comprises (A) a binder containing on average at least one isocyanate-reactive functional group, (B) an adduct prepared from (b1) a diisocyanate and (b2) a compound of the general formula I containing an isocyanate-reactive group: and (C) at least one cross-linking agent containing on average at least one isocyanate group and at least one functional group which may be activated by actinic reaction.

    摘要： Compounds which can be activated by actinic radiation, contain at least one urethane group, and have the general formula I: X[N(R)—C(O)—O—C(R1R2)—C(R3R4)—Y-Z]n  (I), in which the index and the variables have the following meanings: n is an integer from 1 to 5; X is an at least n-valent, substituted or unsubstituted organic radical; R is a hydrogen atom or a monovalent substituted or unsubstituted organic radical; R1-R4 independently of one another are a hydrogen atom, halogen atom or monovalent, substituted or unsubstituted organic radical, it being possible for at least two radicals to be cyclically linked to one another; Y is a divalent, linking functional group containing at least one oxygen atom; and Z is an organic radical containing at least one group which can be activated by actinic radiation; with the proviso that at least for n=1 the radical R and/or the radical X are/is substituted by at least one substituent of the general formula II: Z—Y—  (II), in which the variables Z and Y are as defined above; processes for preparing them, and their use.

    摘要： A heat-curable composition comprising (I) at least one constituent whose molecule comprises on average (A) at least one functional group containing at least one bond which may be activated by means of heat and/or actinic radiation, and/or (B) at least one reactive functional group which is able to undergo thermal crosslinking reactions with groups of its own kind and/or with complementary reactive functional groups, with the proviso that there are always groups (A) and (B) in the composition; said constituent excluding the polyurethane dispersion synthesized from aliphatic polyisocyanates, compounds containing isocyanate-reactive functional groups and containing bonds that may be activated with actinic radiation, low molecular mass aliphatic compounds containing isocyanate-reactive functional groups, compounds containing isocyanate-reactive functional groups and dispersing functional groups, neutralizing agents for the dispersing functional groups, blocking agents for isocyanate groups, and/or compounds containing blocked isocyanate groups, the blocked isocyanate groups being introduced into the polyurethane dispersion by the reaction of the blocking agents with isocyanato-containing polyurethane prepolymers; and (II) from 0.5 to 15% by weight, based on the solids of the heat-curable composition, of at least one C-C-cleaving initiator.
