摘要: The invention relates to automatic sewing and/or joining of textiles, high polymer materials, leather and metals. The object of the invention is to automate the sewing opertion system, to improve the quality of the seam and to conserve labor. A self-regulating system has to be created. According to the invention, the sewing operation is carried out as a control process, in which the deviation of the produced seam shape from the stored seam shape serves as a control value for the transporting elements of the sewing goods. For this, one or a plurality of detection heads and light emitters are arranged in the area of the seaming point, and are connected to an information processing system. The seam shape initially arising is transformed into storable data, is stored together with other data of the seam, and the seam path arising from automatic sewing is compared with the stored data. Deviations from the desired seam path are at once automatically corrected. The invention may be used in the textile, leather, metal, and plastics industries.

摘要: A tensioner for a traction member, in particular a belt of a traction drive for an internal combustion engine, includes a base constructed for rotation about a rotation axis and having a pivot arm. The pivot arm has a free end for connection of a rotatable tension roller which bears against a traction member. A spring member urges the pivot arm to seek a forced engagement of the tension roller upon the traction member. Disposed between the base and the pivot arm is a damping element for damping an adjusting movement of the pivot arm. A pivot bearing supporting one portion of the base on a machine part for rotation about the rotation axis, whereby the rotation of the base in relation to the machine part is realized by an actuator to thereby adjust a biasing force of the traction member.

摘要: An unfoldable wing which is extendable from an airborne body, wherein the wing includes a nose spar which has one end segment thereof pivotable about a bearing axis which is located on the airborne body, and a motive arrangement equipped with an energy accumulator or storage for effectuating the extension of the nose spar about the associated bearing axis. On the airborne body there is provided a base spar having a first end segment in proximity to the bearing axis for the nose spar, and with the base spar being oriented at least approximately parallel with the longitudinal axis of the airborne body, whereby the base spar is displaceable along its longitudinal direction and is operatively connectable or, essentially, operatively connected with the energy accumulator and with the nose spar for effectuating the extension of the nose spar. The airborne body, there is required only a relatively small amount of space for the base spar, so as to allow for a construction of the unfoldable wing for an outward extension from the airborne.

摘要: A projectile, an airborne body or a missile, such as an article of ammunition, having extendable wings, whereby a wing covering is provided to extend between a front spar which is extendable through the action of a power element, and a rear spar which is retractable with its outer end against the front spar, as well as providing for a specially adapted power element for this purpose. The power element has one end thereof engaging at the front spar and has its opposite end engaging against a slider which is latched to the projectile so as to be supported thereon for displacement along the longitudinal direction, and wherein the rear spar has its inner end pivotable in front of the slider in the direction of displacement thereof, and upon the slider being unlatched, is pivotable further by the slider under the action of the power element for effectuating the tensioning of the wing covering.

The wing includes a base spar which is actuatable through the operation of a power element, a nose spar which has one of the end sections thereof supported for pivotal movement about a bearing axis located on the airborne body and at least one lamella or sheet metal element which extends at least approximately in parallel with the nose spar in every angular position thereof, which has one end section thereof pivotably supported on the base spar by means of a lamella axis. A stabilizing element is supported for pivoting about a connecting axis at the second end section of the nose spar which is distant from the first end section, and extends through contact or positioning elements at the second end section of the at least one lamella element distant from the associated lamella axis.
