    摘要: An electrical connection box 20 is arranged rearward of and in the vicinity of a dash panel 13, and is fixed to a cowl side panel 15 via mounting members 23, 24 extended from a box body 21. The box body 21 of the electrical connection box 20 is formed with a protruding member 22 for receiving impact from the dash panel 13 before the box body 21 does upon collision of the vehicle. The mounting members 23, 24 are formed to have such a rigidity as to allow the members 23, 24 to be broken to prevent the box body 21 from being crushed when the protruding member 22 receives impact, and load exceeding a predetermined limit is applied to the box body 21. The breakage of the electrical connection box upon collision of the vehicle is thereby minimized.

    摘要: An oil strainer comprises upper and lower partial bodies, made of synthetic resin, joined together to form a roughly tube-shaped strainer main body, the interior of which is provided with a filter. The oil strainer has a flange section for attachment with bolts, and the flange section is provided with at least one bolt hole which passes through the interior of the roughly tube-shaped strainer main body. With this structure, it is possible to provide an oil strainer which can be installed on a small installation surface, which is able to reduce resin fatigue, and which can prevent impairment of the seal due to loosening of installation members.

    摘要: The electrical junction box has a case, which accommodates a printed circuit board provided in a lower side of the case. The case also receives an electrical wiring circuit and a busbar circuit disposed in an upper side of the case so as to be parallel to the printed circuit board. Wiring harness connectors are mounted on a side wall of the case, and relay connectors are positioned on the side wall or another side wall of the case. The side walls are perpendicular to the printed circuit board. The wiring harness connectors are connected to inner circuits including the printed circuit, the busbar circuit, and the electrical wiring circuit. The case has a top cover, a bottom cover, and a horizontal intermediate partition. The intermediate partition is provided with the electrical wire circuit on an under surface of the partition so as to be opposed to the printed circuit. The upper surface of the intermediate partition is provided with the busbar circuit.

    摘要: The present invention provides a channel housing comprising curving channels whereby complex and varied channels can be compactly contained.Plural curving channels that must be connected to plural valves, for example, are formed by partitioning walls forming curving channels inside a pair of symmetrical housing halves, which are then bonded together to form the complex channel system.The housing halves may be joined by welding or adhesive bonding. To improve the bonding strength, a pair of opposing channel members is provided along the length of the contacting members that are welded or bonded. The cavity formed by the opposing channel members D, D is then filled with an adhesive resin M to integrate the two halves.

    摘要: An interface device for an automobile telephone-set with a data transmission device-includes a switch for selectively connecting voice lines of a radio-transmitter/receiver to one of the telephone-set and the data transmission device, a distinguishing device for distinguishing dial data transmitted from the telephone-set and a control unit for energizing the switch and for connecting the voice lines of the radio transmitter/receiver to the data transmission device upon receiving a redial request from the data transmission device. When the user operates the telephone-set, an off-hook signal is transmitted from the telephone-set to the remote terminal through the radio transmitter/receiver. At this moment, the distinguishing device distinguishes the dial data which is transmitted from the telephone-set. The dial data is memorized in the data transmission device in case of a busy or not answerable situation at the remote terminal. When the redial request is generated by the data transmission device, the control unit transmits the memorized dial data to the radio transmitter in order to call the remote terminal without any manual operation of the telephone-set. Further, the control unit energizes the switch in order to connect the voice lines of the radio transmitter/receiver to the data transmission device. Thus the data transmission device is capable of redialing automatically through the control unit with hands-free operation during the driving automobile.
