    摘要: An abnormality detection circuit detects abnormality relating to ground fault in secondary winding circuitry of transformer, non-grounding fault of transformer assembly casing or false connection of the AC power source to the transformer assembly in reverse polarity. An interrupter circuit turns a switch off in response to detection of the abnormality by the abnormality detection circuit to interrupt the supply of the AC power to the transformer. When the supply of the AC power is interrupted, the switch is connected to a restart circuit, whereupon the circuit is activated to allow a charging current to flow to a capacitor, which is connected in series in a drive current path of a drive circuit with a time delay on the order of 0.5 to 1.0 second which is determined by a delay circuit thereof. The charging current drives a restoring circuit, which controls the interrupter circuit to its restoring condition temporally so that the switch is turned to its “on” condition only once.

    摘要: A weighing machine, such as a combinational weighing machine, has scale cells and a plurality of dummy cells installed on the same floor. The scale cells output weight signals corresponding to the weights of objects being loaded. The mode of vibrations of the floor is detected from dummy signals from the dummy cells, vertical displacements of the floor at the positions of the scale cells are calculated, and their effects are eliminated from the weight signals. Those of the scale cells not selected after a cycle of combinational calculations can be used as dummy cells in the next cycle. A memory device may be provided to store preferred combinations of such scale cells not selected that may be used for this purpose. Effects of the floor vibrations can be eliminated more accurately if the differences in sensitivity among the cells due to physical characteristics of the individual cells and/or due to the different loads on them can be taken into account either by a feedback calculation or by a formula.

    摘要: A feedback calculator and a controller are disclosed which energize a throttle valve driver so that a vehicle speed Vs may be brought into coincidence with a target vehicle speed Vo which is instructed by a driver. The feedback calculator calculates a target acceleration AT on the basis of a vehicle speed Vs and a target speed Vo, and also detects a running acceleration Aa of the vehicle and calculates a deviation of the running acceleration Aa with respect to the target acceleration AT, Ad=AT-Aa. It chooses a high gain G when the deviation Ad is positive and its change dAd is also positive, and chooses a low gain G when the deviation Ad is negative and its change dAd is also negative, thus deriving a controlled variable D having a magnitude which depends on the deviation Ad and the gain G. The controller energizes the throttle valve driver in accordance with the controlled variable D, thus driving the throttle valve for opening or closing at a rate which depends on the controlled variable D. In this manner, no substantial steady-state speed deviation is produced.

    摘要: The present invention provides a data transfer device that transfers data via a buffer memory between first and second external interfaces. A FIFO is interposed between the first external interface and the buffer memory. An empty signal is true when the FIFO is empty an empty signal is true and a full signal is true when the FIFO is full. The data transfer device transfers data from the buffer memory to the FIFO when the full signal is false and decrementing a transfer count of data to be transferred. An end signal is set to true when the transfer count reaches zero. An interface device transfers data from the FIFO to the first external interface when the empty signal is false. The data transfer from the FIFO to said first external interface ends when both the end signal and the empty signal area true.
