摘要： Perfume compositions having functional perfume components for aiding in perfume evaporation. The functional perfume components have a Kovat's index in the range of 900-1400 and an ODT of greater than about 1 ppb. In one embodiment, the functional perfume component may be present in an amount from at least about 10% by weight of the composition. In another embodiment, the composition containing a function perfume component is substantially free of a VOC.

摘要： Freshening compositions comprising a malodor binding polymer, malodor control components, and an aqueous carrier; and methods thereof are provided. In some embodiments, the freshening composition comprises a homopolymeric polyethylenimine having a molecular weight of about 1,000 to about 2,000,000 and a mixture of volatile aldehydes. Such freshening compositions may be used to reduce malodor and/or microbes on inanimate surfaces or in the air.

摘要： A method of delivering a volatile material to the atmosphere in a continuous manner is disclosed. The method includes providing a delivery engine having a reservoir that includes a volatile material mixture. The volatile material mixture includes about 40% to about 100%, by total weight, of the volatile materials each having a vapor pressure at 25° C. of less than about 0.1 torr. The delivery system also includes a microporous membrane enclosing the reservoir, wherein the microporous membrane comprises an average pore size of about 0.01 to about 0.03 microns.

摘要： Household cleaning, fabric treatment, or deodorizing products and methods of preserving the integrity of hydrophilic perfume ingredients and extending fragrance life are disclosed. The product and method include an aqueous composition containing a surfactant and a perfume having a substantial proportion of hydrophilic perfume ingredients with a Clog P of less than about 3 and a boiling point greater than about 200° C. The aqueous composition may be contained in plastic containers constructed of hydrophilic perfume compatible materials. The invention preserves perfume integrity by decreasing migration of hydrophilic perfume ingredients into and/or transmission through plastic containers and extends fragrance life once the hydrophilic perfume ingredients are deposited onto a surface.
