This complex is formed by the coordination of low molecular weight semiconductors around a central cation. The complexation allows wet-chemical processing of low molecular weight semiconductors. Luminescence (cd/m2), efficiency (cd/A), and service life (h) of organic electronic components such as from organic light diodes in particular are highly dependent on the exciton thickness in the light-emitting layer and on the quality of the charge carrier injection and are also limited by same, among other things. The invention relates to a hole injection layer consisting of quadratic planar mononuclear transition metal complexes such as copper 2+ complexes, for example, which are embedded into a hole-conducting matrix.

摘要： A method for metallizing dielectrics includes applying a photosensitive dielectric to a substrate. The dielectric is then exposed to light through a mask, is seeded with a metal and is subjected to a temperature treatment. Afterwards, the dielectric is chemically metallized. Alternatively, the dielectric can be first be seeded with a metal after being applied to the substrate, and can then be exposed to light through a mask. Afterwards, excess seeding material is removed and the dielectric is chemically metallized.
