    Abstract: A display device includes a window, a polarizing layer disposed directly on a lower portion of the window or attached to the lower portion of the window by an adhesive layer having a thickness smaller than about 5 micrometers, a retard layer disposed under the polarizing layer, and a display panel disposed under the polarizing layer. The retard layer includes a first retard layer and a second retard layer. At least one selected from a functional layer and a support plate is further disposed under the display panel. The functional layer includes at least one selected from a cushion layer and a digitizer, and the functional layer has a step difference.

    Abstract: A digitizer includes a base member including a front surface and a rear surface opposing the front surface, first sensing lines disposed on the base member, arranged in a second direction, and extending in a first direction crossing the first direction, and second sensing lines disposed on the base member, spaced apart from the first sensing lines, arranged in the first direction, and extending in the second direction. The base member is foldable about an imaginary folding axis extending in the second direction and is provided with a through-hole penetrating at least a portion of the base member. The through-hole is surrounded by the first sensing lines and the second sensing lines.
