The ECU computes a first current value for generating a first pressure for releasing the locked state. The first current value is supplied to the OCV for a predetermined time before shifting the first relative angle.

    摘要: A fuel supply control system for an automotive engine determines a property of the fuel, such as the fifty percent distillation temperature T.sub.50 thereof, and the fuel injectors of the engine are controlled in accordance with the determined fuel property. When the engine is idling and the coolant water temperature WT of the engine is decreasing, the amplitude X of the feedback correction factor K.sub.2 for proportional-plus-integral control action is measured a number of times, and an average amplitude X.sub.0 thereof is calculated. The property of said fuel is determined on the basis of the thus calculated average amplitude X.sub.0 and the coolant water temperature WT using a two-dimensional map which gives the value of T.sub.50 as a function of the amplitude X of the feedback correction factor K.sub.2 and the coolant water temperature WT. The thus determined index T.sub.50 is stored in a RAM backed up by a battery. When a new fuel is supplied to the fuel tank, the value of index T.sub.50 is cleared to determine the index afresh.

    摘要: A casing assembly for electronic equipment comprising a printed circuit board on which an exothermic electronic component is mounted, a casing for covering the printed board, and a base for attaching the casing to a wall body or a rail. The base is of a high heat conductive material and has a planar structure which results in a large contact area between it and the wall body or rail. A high heat conductive plate like cushioning member made of an electrically insulative material is interposed between the board and the base in contact therewith. The heat generated in the electronic component is released through the printed board and lead wires and through the cushioning member and the base to the wall body or rail. Preferably, where the casing is attached to the rail, a guide latch member and a pressure latch member are attached to the base. Where an auxiliary printed board is provided in addition to the printed board, the base, the printed board, the auxiliary frame and the auxiliary printed board are stacked in that order and covered with the casing. Where a programmer is attached to the casing, provision is made for attaching in either the horizontal or vertical direction. Where the functions of a basic module is insufficient, extended modules may be connected.

    摘要: A valve timing control system for an internal combustion engine for preventing hitching of a lock pin of an actuator at the time of changing a cam angle is provided. The valve timing control system is provided with actuators 15 and 16 connected to cam shafts 15C and 16C, hydraulic pressure supply units 19 and 20 for driving the actuators, and a controller 21A for controlling a hydraulic pressure for the actuators in dependence on engine operation states while changing a relative phase of the cam shafts relative to crank shafts. The actuator includes a locking mechanism for setting the relative phase to a lock-up position, and an unlocking mechanism for releasing the locking mechanism in response to a predetermined hydraulic pressure. The controller executes a releasing operation of the locking mechanism if the lock-up position in the locking mechanism changes from inside a predetermined range to outside the predetermined range.
