A power source voltage is supplied to each of the circuits. The operational amplifier circuit has an improved power-source noise canceling characteristic while maintaining its dynamic range.

    摘要: An exemplary piezoelectric vibrating device includes a piezoelectric frame that supports and surrounds a tuning-fork type piezoelectric vibrating piece having a pair of vibrating arms. The device also includes a lid and a package base that are siloxane-bonded to the frame. The lid defines at least one frequency-adjustment hole extending through the thickness dimension of the lid from an inner major surface thereof (facing the frame) to an outer major surface of the lid. The package base defines at least one through-hole electrode passing via a respective electrode through-hole through the thickness of the base from an inner major surface thereof (facing the frame) to the outer major surface thereof. The electrode is connected to the piezoelectric vibrating piece. The lid and base include external electrodes, made of an electrically conductive material, that cover the through-holes and frequency-adjustment hole(s).

Each power controlling semiconductor module controls driving of a power semiconductor device. The power semiconductor apparatus includes a transmission circuit and a reception circuit provided in one and another power controlling semiconductor modules, respectively. The transmission circuit transmits a predetermined communication signal to another power controlling semiconductor module based on a predetermined activation signal generated by one power controlling semiconductor module. In this case, when a direction parallel to the major side of an imaging region of the image sensor is taken as a lateral direction, exit end faces of the light guides are arranged only in the lateral direction of the objective optical system, a top cover is placed opposite to the exit end faces, and an illumination light diffusing portion is provided at the position of the top cover opposite to the exit end faces. Whereby, the endoscope in which the small-diameter design of the distal end is attained and the loss of emergent light is minimized can be provided.

    摘要: When a current mirror circuit is composed of transistors that inevitably form a parasitic photodiode between an epitaxial layer and a substrate layer because of structure of an integrated circuit, a photocurrent increases in proportional to an area of the epitaxial layer. Thus, the area of the epitaxial layer is adjusted in accordance with a current ratio of the current mirror, so as to allow the photocurrent to affect equally on both input and output sides of the current mirror circuit, i.e., so as to cancel the photocurrent. With this, in a current mirror circuit provided in an integrated circuit, it is possible to eliminate the influence of the photocurrent, without considerably increasing an element area or taking special measures to shield light.

    摘要: The present invention has an object to control easily the pulse width of an output by operating a limiting circuit appropriately even if the power voltage is low. A limiting circuit is provided on the input side of a hysteresis comparator circuit to prevent saturation. A limit voltage Vlimit is set by a bias circuit so as to change in accordance with the operation of the hysteresis comparator circuit. When an input voltage Vsig exceeds a hysteresis threshold voltage Vth, the limit voltage Vlimit is dropped in response to a drop of the hysteresis threshold voltage Vth. Thus, the width of the pulse width can be controlled while maintaining the condition that the limit voltage Vlimit is higher than the hysteresis threshold voltage Vth.

A reference signal according to an anode voltage is output from the capacitor for outputting a reference signal. An unnecessary signal component included in an index-detection signal which is output via the capacitor for outputting an index signal is eliminated on the basis of the reference signal. With the configuration, only the required index-information signal is extracted from the index detection signal with high accuracy at a high SN ratio.
