The system has a first data store for storing at least one record where each record includes a plurality of identification fields which when concatenated uniquely identify an individual, and at least one health care field corresponding to health care data associated with the individual. The system also has a second data store, and a processor. The processor selects a record of the first data store, then selects a subset of the plurality of identification fields within the selected record, and concatenates the selected subset of identification fields. Then the processor stores the concatenated identification fields in a record in the second data store with the at least one health care field from the selected record of the first data store.

A mutual inductance compensation circuit connected in series with each RF coil loop of the coil loop assembly substantially minimizes the coupling, or mutual inductance, that forms between the RF coil loops. The mutual inductance of the compensation circuit substantially equals, and is opposite in phase or polarity, to the mutual inductance that forms between the RF coil loops as the RF coil loops move or rotate with respect to each other.

The rotating toy in accordance with the present invention includes a hub having an outer portion rotatably connected to an inner portion. At least three rods extending outwardly from the hub to connect to an outer ring. A motor operably connected to a propeller is further disposed on each rob between the hub and the outer ring. In addition the rods are positioned such that each is offset by the same predetermined angle. When operating, the propellers spin in a first direction exerting a reaction torque in the opposite direction causing the outer portion to rotate in the opposite direction. The inner portion includes a plurality of legs with vanes that protruded outwardly such that the downward moving air is deflected causing the inner portion not to rotate. A tether attached to a control box and the rotating toy communicates a drive voltage to each motor. The control box further includes a means for determining the orientation of the motors at a specified point of reference thereby permitting a user to change the direction of the rotating toy in reference to person operating the toy.

A distributed, predictive, event-driven processing environment is provided for controlling a number of elements characterized by different states and events. Transitions between states are reflected by predictive, event-driven, independent functions provided in the action subroutines and do not require state searches associated with fixed state machines. Action subroutines can be grouped together in various service groups which require similar event processing. Service groups are invoked by an action subroutine manager which can also access a application programming interface set. Processing of different elements can be spread across multiple processors or a single processor with the action subroutines having no knowledge of the number of processors.

The air channeling apparatus may have a supply end and an insertion end opposite the supply end. The supply end may be directly or indirectly connected to an air supply that supplies pressurized air. The air channeling apparatus is further sized to be inserted through the valve stem hole of a wheel rim. An inner surface of the air channeling apparatus includes threads that can thread onto a valve stem of the wheel. At least one opening in the air channeling apparatus may blast pressurized air into the space between the wheel rim and the tubeless tire.
