摘要： The present invention discloses a remote radio unit and a base station system. The remote radio unit includes an active part and a passive part, where the active part and the passive part are placed respectively on an active module and a passive module that are independent of each other and the active module and the passive module are connected via a pluggable connecting device. Because the passive part is more reliable and less liable to breakdown than the active part, when the active part needs to be repaired, it is unnecessary to dismantle the entire unit. Therefore, the repair is easier and faster and the repair cost is lower. The operation reliability of the base station system is also improved.

摘要： A multi-stage output buffer is disclosed having a differential input and a differential output. The output buffer includes an emitter follower circuit coupled to the differential input that is configured to provide a substantially high input impedance at an input thereof, and provide a substantially low output impedance at an output thereof. An emitter coupled pair circuit is coupled to the output of the emitter follower circuit, and is configured to amplify the signal and further isolate an input circuit when coupled to the differential input of the multi-stage output buffer from an external load when coupled to the differential output thereof. The buffer further includes a base-grounded transistor circuit coupled to an output of the emitter coupled pair circuit and having an output coupled to the differential output of the multi-stage output buffer. The base-grounded transistor circuit is configured to reduce a load impedance at the output of the emitter coupled pair circuit, thereby improving a speed thereof. The base-grounded transistor circuit further improves decoupling of the external load from an input circuit when coupled thereto and increases the output power.

摘要： High quality monocrystalline metal oxide layers are grown on a monocrystalline substrate such as a silicon wafer. The monocrystalline metal oxide is grown on the silicon substrate at a temperature low enough to prevent deleterious and simultaneous oxidation of the silicon substrate. After a layer of 1-3 monolayers of the monocrystalline oxide is grown, the growth is stopped and the crystal quality of that layer is improved by a higher temperature anneal. Following the anneal, the thickness of the layer can be increased by restarting the low temperature growth. An amorphous silicon oxide layer can be grown at the interface between the monocrystalline metal oxide layer and the silicon substrate after the thickness of the monocrystalline oxide reaches a few monolayers.

摘要： Methods and systems that enable payload data to be spread over a number of a plurality of sub-carriers for wireless transmissions between Access Points (AP) and stations (STA) in a WLAN. The AP receives each STA's status information, and controls an amount of spreading of the payload data that can flexibly and variably takes into account the desired amount of peak power consumption, the required data rate, and the channel conditions. Based on these factors, the AP determines a number of sub-carriers for each STA that will be used to carry the spread payload data. Example embodiments can address high power peak consumption, data rate inflexibility and inefficient spectrum communication as found in conventional wireless systems.

An Access Point (AP) can generate a control signal that includes an identifier field for indicating that previous resource allocation from a previous transmission is to be repeated, and therefore the control signal itself does not contain resource allocation information. One or more stations (STAs) can receive the control signal and can use the previous resource allocation information stored in their respective memory to perform the transmission. The resource allocation can include three-dimensional (3D) resource allocation, which refers to time, frequency and space-domain multiplexing. Because the control signal has the identifier field, the AP can reduce network load and free resources for payload data or other traffic.
