摘要: An integrated process for making propene oxide and an alkyl tert-butyl ether comprises dehydrogenating a feed stream comprising propane and iso-butane to provide a stream comprising propene, iso-butene and hydrogen; separating this stream into a stream consisting essentially of hydrogen and a stream comprising propene and iso-butene; separating the stream comprising propene and iso-butene into a stream comprising propene and a stream comprising iso-butene; reacting a part or all of the stream comprising iso-butene with an alkanol in the presence of a solid acid catalyst to provide an alkyl tert-butyl ether; and reacting a part or all of the stream comprising propene with hydrogen peroxide in the presence of an epoxidation catalyst to provide propene oxide.

The classifying device may comprise a first inlet that allows a first material flow into the classifying device, a second inlet that allows a second material flow into the classifying device, a static classifier, and a dynamic classifier. The static classifier may be positioned such that the static classifier at least partially surrounds the dynamic classifier. The classifying device may comprise a distributing device that is designed in such a manner that it supplies the material flow of the first inlet to the static classifier and the material flow of the second inlet to the dynamic classifier.

摘要: A process for the production of synthesis gas from coke is described herein. The process comprises the steps of: (a) subjecting hard coal to dry pyrolysis, resulting in the production of a gas mixture containing hydrogen, methane, nitrogen and carbon monoxide as major constituents and carbon sulphides as minor constituents; (b) subjecting the gas mixture to hydrogenation at a temperature in the range of 200 to 280° C. over a sulphidic cobalt molybdenum catalyst provided on an aluminium oxide carrier material; and (c) separating the hydrogen sulphide obtained from hydrogenation from the gas mixture.

摘要: In the method according to the invention for producing cement clinker, raw cement meal is preheated in a preheater, the preheated raw cement meal is precalcined in a calciner and the precalcined raw cement meal is burnt in a kiln, fuel and combustion air having an oxygen content of at least 75 mol % being used in the calciner, and the raw cement meal being precalcined in a fluidized bed in the calciner. The exhaust gases occurring in the kiln are delivered to the preheater, bypassing the calciner, and the exhaust gases of the calciner are delivered to a CO2 preparation device.
