    摘要: Disclosed is a transportable reformer for the catalytic primary reforming of hydrocarbons using steam at elevated pressure, comprising a reforming tube system, a furnace disposed about the reforming tube system, a plurality of manifolds in communication with the reformer tubes, a plurality of flue gas tunnels disposed beneath and in gaseous communication with the furnace, wherein each of the manifolds is integrally coupled to, disposed between, and supported by the opposing outer walls of an adjacent pair of flue gas tunnels such that the reformer is configured to be transportable as a single unit without additional support structures.

    摘要: A crusher may include a crushing member that is driven in an operatively connected manner by way of an eccentric element such that material to be crushed can be comminuted by way of a crushing movement generated at least in part by the eccentric element. At least one eccentric bushing may be connected by way of an active surface to the eccentric element by way of frictional engagement. The eccentric bushing may have a pressure medium chamber that uses pressure to vary the frictional engagement between the eccentric element and the eccentric bushing. In some examples, the crusher may be of a jaw type or a cone type.

    摘要: A plurality of cylinder sections are welded together to form a milling cylinder, wherein, prior to welding, individual cylinder sections are machined in the region of their end edges to be welded, using at least one machining tool. Furthermore, the cylinder section to be machined is provided with inwardly oriented bracing means, wherein a temporary axle is fitted on the bracing means such that the temporary axle is oriented in the mid-axis of the cylinder section, and wherein the at least one machining tool is fastened to the temporary axle by means of a holder and the machining tool is rotated relative to the cylinder section about or with the temporary axle during the machining of the end edges.

    摘要: In the method according to the invention for producing cement clinker, raw cement meal is preheated in a preheater, the preheated raw cement meal is precalcined in a calciner and the precalcined raw cement meal is burnt in a kiln, fuel and combustion air having an oxygen content of at least 75 mol % being used in the calciner, and the raw cement meal being precalcined in a fluidized bed in the calciner. The exhaust gases occurring in the kiln are delivered to the preheater, bypassing the calciner, and the exhaust gases of the calciner are delivered to a CO2 preparation device.
