摘要: A thin-skin support member is provided. The thin-skin support member may include a semi-circular edge and a flat edge that define a hollow cavity. A cylindrical cavity may be adjacent the hollow cavity and at least partially defined by the semi-circular edge. The cylindrical cavity may be configured to retain a strut assembly. A mounting interface may be coupled to the semi-circular edge and the flat edge. A torsion interface may be disposed adjacent the cylindrical cavity and configured to receive a torsion link. The thin-skin support member may be made using additive manufacturing and thus may have a grain structure grown in the direction of material being added.

摘要: A welded steel part with a very high mechanical strength is provided. The welded steel part is obtained by heating followed by hot forming, then cooling of at least one welded blank obtained by butt welding of at least one first and one second sheet. The at least one first and second sheets including, at least in part, a steel substrate and a pre-coating which includes an intermetallic alloy layer in contact with the steel substrate, topped by a metal alloy layer of aluminum or aluminum-based alloy. A method for the fabrication of a welded steel part and the fabrication of structural or safety parts for automotive vehicles are also provided.

摘要: Corrugated screen filters and related method of fabrication whereby an available filter surface is increased so as to allow an increase a flow capacity of the corrugated screen filter. The corrugated screen filter can comprise a plurality of rods forming a series of alternate and angular ridges and grooves on a surface of the filter screen. The filter screen can be configured to have longitudinal corrugations only on an exterior surface of the filter screen or alternatively, the filter screen can be configured to have longitudinal corrugations only on an interior surface of the filter screen. The alternate angular ridges and grooves can form corrugations in a variety of configurations including, but not limited to, a sinusoidal wave structure, a triangular wave structure, a rectangular wave structure, a trapezoidal wave structure, or the like.

摘要: A light emitting device comprises a reflector cup coupled to a base that defines a cavity. The base comprises a plurality of metal pads exposed on a bottom surface of the cavity. The base further comprises a plurality of protrusions arranged around a perimeter of the base and disposed inside one or more side surfaces of the reflector cup. The light emitting device comprises an LED die disposed over the bottom surface of the cavity. The LED die is coupled to the metal pads with gold-tin solder. The LED die has a footprint that is at most 30% smaller than an area of a top opening of the cavity.

The modular work cell further includes wall elements, a control cabinet, an access, and a feed unit for workpieces which is arranged between the access and the production robot. The base module, the control cabinet, the feed unit and the access form a mechanically and electrically interconnected transport assembly configured for transport. The wall elements can be transported separate from the transport assembly.
