    摘要: The adjustable offset mount (AOM) attaches to a firearm. The AOM is a mount for a firearm accessory, like a red dot sight. The AOM can hold the accessory: at an offset angle; an offset distance from the vertical plane of the center of the firearm barrel; and a distance from the horizontal plane of the center of the firearm barrel. The accessory can be adjusted from a first position to a second position where the first position and the second position have the same offset angle but the distance from the barrel is different. An embodiment of the AOM has: a base structure, which attaches to the firearm; an extension arm structure, where the accessory attaches; and a cinch pivot structure, which can be loosened and retightened to change the position of the extension arm structure.
