摘要: A female connector is mountable to an electronic module having a printed circuit board. The female connector comprises a female connector body, a plurality of female taps, an inner seal, a coupling nut disposed in the female connector body, and a female O-ring. The female connector body includes a female flange having a female bolting hole configured to couple with the electronic module and a female protrusion protruding from the female flange. The female taps each include a pin extending through the female connector body and connectable to the printed circuit board and a receptor connected to an end of the pin. The inner seal is disposed in the female protrusion and is configured to be in contact with a male connector that couples with the female connector. The female O-ring surrounds the female protrusion and is disposed in an outer wall of the female protrusion.

摘要: Provided is a plug connection which ensures signal integrity, in particular at high data rates and with a large number of plug-in cycles, in a cost-effective manner. A dielectric is in each case arranged between the pin contacts of a connector and the socket contacts of a mating connector to ensure galvanic isolation and capacitive connection between them. In this way the connected circuit electronics can be simplified. There is no need for a coupling capacitor and impedance matching can be performed the geometric arrangement of the contacts. In particular, it ensures that there is a variety of different plug connections to choose from with different properties, in particular with different impedances and capacitances.

摘要: A power transfer system to facilitate the transfer of electrical power between tree trunk sections of an artificial tree is disclosed. The power transfer system can advantageously enable neighboring tree trunk sections to be electrically connected without the need to rotationally align the tree trunk sections. Power distribution subsystems can be disposed within the trunk sections. The power distribution subsystems can comprise a male end, a female end, or both. The male ends can have prongs and the female ends can have voids. The prongs can be inserted into the voids to electrically connect the power distribution subsystems of neighboring tree trunk sections. In some embodiments, the prongs and voids are designed so that the prongs of one power distribution subsystem can engage the voids of another power distribution subsystem without the need to rotationally align the tree trunk sections.

摘要: An electrical connector assembly including a first connector having a first main contact element and a first auxiliary contact element, the first auxiliary contact element being electrically connected to said first main contact element, and a second connector having a second main contact element and a second auxiliary contact element, the second auxiliary contact element being electrically connected to said second main contact element. The first and second connectors are mateable in a mating direction parallel to a longitudinal axis of the electrical connector assembly. The first and second main contact elements are configured to disconnect from each other before the first and second auxiliary contact elements disconnect from each other during unmating the first and second connectors. In a fully mated condition the first and second main contact elements are in contact and the first and second auxiliary contact elements are disconnected from each other.

摘要: A female terminal fitting (1) includes a tubular portion (14) to receive a rod-like mating terminal (30). Three contact points are on an inner surface of the tubular portion and achieve point contact with an outer surface of the mating terminal (30). One or more resilient contact pieces (18) resiliently contact the mating terminal (30). The contact points (15) are disposed side by side in an outer circumferential direction of the mating terminal (30) when viewed along a center axis (31) of the mating terminal (30). The contact point in the middle is shifted along the center axis (31) with respect to the contact points on both sides in the outer circumferential direction. The resilient contact pieces (18) resiliently contact the mating terminal (30) between the contact points on both sides and the contact point in the middle in the direction of the center axis (31).

摘要: A wiring device includes a housing that encloses a line voltage port and/or a low voltage port for providing power to at least one removable load. The housing has an intake opening and an exhaust opening for drawing cooling air into the housing and for exhausting heated air. A fan is disposed within the housing and operates to move the air through the housing. A thermal load such as a heat sink or a transformer is positioned within the housing and receives cooling air to reduce the temperature of the load. The fan is energized when a sensed temperature in the housing exceeds a first predetermined threshold. Power to the line and/or low voltage port is reduced or shut off if the sensed temperature in the housing exceeds a predetermined value that is greater than the first predetermined threshold.
