    Abstract: A side airbag device includes: an inflator; a cushion that is expandable from the side of a seat toward a front of a vehicle; a vent hole that is provided at a predetermined position of the cushion and that discharges the gas; a patch that openably covers the vent hole from an inside of the cushion; a tether that is connected to the patch and a predetermined position (a tether cutter) of the side of the seat, the tether pulling the patch toward a rear of the vehicle so as to open the vent hole when the cushion is expanded and deployed; and a tether cutter that is configured to cut the tether in response to information relating to a state of the vehicle.

    Abstract: A switch for a belt buckle of a seatbelt device including at least two contact elements (4, 5) abutting on each other or reaching into abutment on each other in a cavity of the switch, wherein at least one of the contact elements (4, 5) is configured as a movable contact spring. An insertion channel (8) is provided into which a belt tongue, a locking part, an ejector (7) or a part movably coupled with one of these parts is insertable and removable at least with a section during the locking and unlocking movement of the belt tongue. A movably supported coupling member (3) protrudes with a first section (10) into the insertion channel (8) and includes a second section (11) associated with the contact spring. The movably supported coupling member (3) abuts via the second section (11) on the contact spring in a position-independent manner.

    Abstract: A belt retractor for a motor vehicle seat belt, with a belt shaft (1) in a housing frame, a profile head (2) which can be locked and a force limitation device (3) with a first end (4) coupled to the profile head (2) and a second end (5) is coupled to the belt shaft (1) and which allows a force-limited relative rotation of the belt shaft (1) with regard to the locked profile head (2). A connection tube (6) surrounds the force limitation device (3) with a locking hook (7), which during the relative rotation with regard to the profile head (2) slides over an external circumference of the connection tube (6) and on reaching a predetermined angle of rotation of the belt shaft (1) engages in a locking groove (8) on the connection tube (6), the coupling the connection tube (6) to the belt shaft (1) The connection tube (6) is produced in one piece with the profile head (2), so that on engagement of the locking hook (7) in the locking groove (8) the belt shaft (1) is locked via the profile head (2) to the housing frame in a non-rotational manner.

    Abstract: A circuit breaker includes at least one electrical conductor for connection to an electrical circuit, a housing, a die, a punch movable relative to the housing to pass from a first position to a second position, and a pyrotechnical actuator to make the punch pass from the first position to the second position when ignited. The punch passes from the first position to the second position to cut the at least one electrical conductor into at least two distinct parts, and establish between the punch and the die, at least one electrical arc between the at least two distinct parts when the circuit breaker is connected to a live electrical circuit. When the punch is in the second position, at least one passage is between the at least two distinct part guides the at least one electrical arc between the distinct parts. A punch die unit includes at least one material designed to be withdrawn by ablation by the at least one electrical arc for generating gas suitable for increasing a voltage of the at least one electrical arc.
