摘要: A portable self-contained testing apparatus is provided for accurately determining the stopping time of a press after the initiating of a STOP signal. The apparatus includes a detector head, a stationary grid, a synchronizing touch switch, and a control box with a digital readout. The detector head is mounted on the press ram to be movable therewith while the stationary grid member is mounted proximate to the detector to allow the detector to scan the grid lines on the grid as the ram moves. The touch switch is used to initiate the press STOP control signal and provides a signal to the control box to initiate grid count by the detector head whenever the press STOP signal is initiated through the touch switch. The control box has circuitry to convert the grid count signals from the detector head and the press STOP signals from the touch switch to a digital readout of the time required for the press to actually stop after the initiation of the press STOP signal.

摘要: A method and system for transmitting early media notifications (EMNs) of communication services, for example, call completion, etc., is provided. A network component, a calling party device, and/or a called party device detect a call made by a calling party to a called party, and occurrence of events, for example, a call attempt, start of ringing the called party, an incomplete call, call redirection, etc. A multi-modal early media application (MMEMA) transmits one or more EMNs in more than one mode, for example, a text and audio mode for viewing and/or listening, to the calling party at any time instant, for example, immediate, during or after play of a ring back tone, prior, immediate, or after detection of an incomplete call or call redirection, etc. The MMEMA triggers billing of the calling party based on the calling party's action or a non-action after the EMNs transmission to the calling party.

摘要: A high speed serial interface comprises a rectilinear array of rows and columns of contact sites on a substrate. In the first four columns, pairs of transmitter and receiver contacts alternate row-by-row with pairs of ground contacts In the fifth column, there is a permanent (or hard) ground contact adjacent to each transmitter or receiver contact pair located in a row in the third and fourth columns and the remaining contacts in the fifth column are general purpose input/output (GPIO) contacts. As a result, up to 50 percent of the contacts in the fifth column may be GPIO contacts. In the sixth column, all the contacts are GPIO contacts.

摘要: In some embodiments, an apparatus includes a network device configured to receive an anomaly database of a first image that stores a set of differences between the first image and a base image. The network device is configured to compare the anomaly database of the first image with an anomaly database of a second image storing a set of differences between the second image and the base image to determine if the first and second images include at least one incompatible critical feature or incompatible non-critical feature. The network device is configured to send a signal associated with a first action if the first and second images include the at least one incompatible critical feature. The network device is configured to send a signal associated with a second action different from the first action if the first and second images include the at least one incompatible non-critical feature.
