    Abstract: Provided is a display device, including: an array substrate having a display area and a non-display area at least partially surrounding the display area, and the non-display area includes a step region, and a part of the display area is reused as a fingerprint recognition region; a flexible circuit board bonded to the step region and bent to a side of the array substrate facing away from a light-exiting direction of the display device, and the flexible circuit board includes a bent portion facing towards a side surface of the array substrate, and the bent portion includes a bent sub-portion, which is tilted towards the display area along the light-exiting direction of the display device; and at least one light source arranged on the bent sub-portion of the flexible circuit board, and light emitted from the at least one light source is transmitted towards the fingerprint recognition region.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a low temperature poly-silicon display panel, a manufacturing method thereof, and a liquid crystal device, which relate to the display technology and improve the light leakage of the metal. The low temperature poly-silicon display panel includes an array substrate and an alignment substrate that are opposite to each other, and liquid crystals filled between the array substrate and the alignment substrate. The array substrate includes a base substrate, and a low temperature poly-silicon active layer, a gate layer, and a source-drain layer are arranged on the base substrate. The low temperature poly-silicon display panel further includes a color filter layer disposed on the array substrate and located on a side of the source-drain layer facing away from the base substrate, and a light shielding layer configured to define an opening region of the low temperature poly-silicon display panel. At least part of the light shielding layer is provided on the array substrate, and the light shielding layer provided on the array substrate is located on the side of the source-drain layer facing away from the base substrate.

    Abstract: A shift register circuit and its driving method, a display panel, and a display device are provided. The shift register circuit includes an input module, a first inverter, a second inverter, and an output module. The input module is connected to a first input terminal, a second input terminal, a third input terminal, and a first electrical-level terminal, to respond to signals from the second and third input terminal and control a voltage of a first node. In the first inverter, an input terminal is connected to the first node, and an output terminal is connected to a second node. In the second inverter, an input terminal is connected to the second node, and an output terminal is connected to the first node. The output module provides a signal of the fourth input terminal to an output terminal of the output module, and also provides a voltage of a first power terminal to the output terminal of the output module.

    Abstract: Provided are a pixel driving circuit, a display panel and a driving method. The pixel driving circuit includes a drive transistor, a data write module, a light emission control module, a threshold compensation module and a bias adjustment module. The control terminal of the drive transistor is connected to the first node. The first terminal of the drive transistor is connected to a third node. The second terminal of the drive transistor is connected to a second node. The light emission control module is connected in series with the drive transistor and connected in series with a light-emitting element. The threshold compensation module is connected in series between the control terminal of the drive transistor and the second terminal of the drive transistor. The first terminal of the bias adjustment module is connected to a bias signal terminal. The second terminal of the bias adjustment module is connected to the second terminal of the drive transistor.

    Abstract: Provided are a shift register, a gate drive circuit, a display panel and a driving method. The shift register includes a first output module, a second output module, a first node, a second node, a first power supply signal terminal, a first clock signal terminal and a scan output terminal. The first output module and the second output module are electrically connected to the scan output terminal. The first output module is further electrically connected to the first power supply signal terminal and the first node. The first node is configured to control a conduction state of the first output module. The second output module is further electrically connected to the first clock signal terminal and the second node. The second node is configured to control a conduction state of the second output module. There is no capacitor in the first output module and/or the second output module.

    Abstract: A display panel with a display region and a non-display region includes a base substrate; a device layer, disposed on one side of the base substrate, covering the display region, and including a cathode layer; and an encapsulation part, arranged around the device layer in the non-display region and including a metal pad layer surrounding the cathode layer. The metal pad layer and the cathode layer are separated by a gap. The cathode layer has a first irregularly-shaped edge, including first deformed portions and second deformed portions that are alternately distributed. Each first deformed portion extends convexly in a direction toward the metal pad layer, and each second deformed portion extends concavely in a direction away from the metal pad layer. In an extending direction of the first irregularly-shaped edge, a length of the first deformed portion is less than or equal to a length of the second deformed portion.

An inverter includes a first module; a second module; an initial signal input terminal; and a first level signal input terminal.     Abstract: Provided are a method for driving a display panel and a display device. In the method for driving a display panel, at least one picture update period includes a data write stage, a data retention stage, and a data compensation stage; the data compensation stage precedes the data write stage; at the data compensation stage, a gate scanning signal is provided for and a compensation data voltage is written to a pixel unit, where the compensation data voltage is less than a target data voltage which is a theoretical data voltage corresponding to target brightness of a current picture update period; at the data write stage, the gate scanning signal is provided for and the target data voltage is written to the pixel unit; and at the data retention stage, no data voltage is written to the pixel unit.

The display panel includes a driving circuit including N-level shift registers cascaded with each other, where N is greater than or equal to two. A shift register includes a first control unit configured to receive an input signal, and control a signal of a first node; a second control unit configured to receive a first voltage signal and a second voltage signal, and control a signal of a second node; a third control unit configured to receive the first voltage signal and the second voltage signal, and control a signal of a fourth node; and a fourth control unit configured to receive a third voltage signal and a fourth voltage signal, and generate an output signal.
