Abstract: A display panel, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a display substrate and an opposing substrate arranged opposite to each other, a liquid crystal layer and a liquid crystal control electrode, the display substrate includes a display region and a first region disposed in the display region, the display substrate is provided with a recessed portion in the first region on a side facing the opposing substrate, the liquid crystal layer is accommodated into the recessed portion and disposed between the display substrate and the opposing substrate and the liquid crystal control electrode is configured to allow the liquid crystal layer to form as a liquid crystal lens after applied with voltage.
