摘要： A detection system includes: an acquiring unit that acquires document data representative of a document which includes a plurality of pages; a selector that selects, for each page of the document, a first printing sheet which contains a detected element or a second printing sheet which does not contain the detected element such that the first printing sheet is selected for at least one page; a supplier that supplies the first or the second printing sheet selected by the selector; a printer that sequentially prints the document acquired by the acquiring unit on the printing sheets supplied by the supplier; a detector that detects a detected element contained in a printing sheet on which the document is printed by the printer; and a reporter that reports detection of the detected element in a printing sheet by the detector.

摘要： A baggage management gate including an exciting coil, a detecting coil and signal processing unit. The exciting coil forms an alternating magnetic field in a passage to an area from which manages objects to be carried in or carried out. The detecting coil detects a variation in the alternating magnetic field when magnetization of a magnetic material showing a large Barkhausen effect is reversed in the alternating magnetic field. The signal processing unit determines as to whether the magnetization reversal occurs in the alternating magnetic field due to the large Barkhausen effect or not, based on a signal detected by the detecting coil. The signal processing unit includes amplifier that amplifies the signal detected by the detecting coil with plural different amplification factors and output the amplified signals with each of the plural different amplification factors.

摘要： A secrecy management information recording device has an information input section which inputs image information printed by a printer and secrecy management information corresponding to the image information, a transport mechanism which receives a printing sheet on which the image information has been printed by the printer, and discharges the sheet after passage over a heat generating resistor, and a magnetic tag forming section which controls generation of heat by the heat generating resistor according to content of the secrecy management information corresponding to the image information printed on the transported printing sheet to thermally transfer at least one magnetic member contained in a thermal transfer sheet onto the printing sheet. A magnetic tag representing the content of the secrecy management information is thereby formed on the printing sheet. This device records additional information corresponding to image information on a printing medium at the time of copying of the image information to the printing medium in such a manner that the additional information is remotely readable.
