摘要： A nunchaku device comprising an elongated tubular handle member having one open end which telescopically receives one end of a second solid handle member. The telescopic ends of the two handles are connected by a cord which carries an intermediate section, slidable along the interior of the first tubular member, and movable from an inward location in the interior of the first handle member to a position adjacent the opened end of the first handle so as to provide a means for centering the cord with respect to the periphery of the handle. Detent means carried by the second handle are engageable at selected locations along the length of the first handle so as to permit the second handle to lockingly engage the first handle at said selected positions.

摘要： A food package for segregating ingredients of a multi-component food product, such as the multiple components of a sandwich, the package comprising an outer container to house a first food component and at least one flexible envelope or barrier film layer that encloses at least one intermediate food component allowing for separation of the intermediate food component during extended periods of storage and prior to opening the product. A method for opening the package comprises applying a pulling force to an externally located protruding end portion of the envelope, such that the envelope peels apart and separates into ruptured layers that are pulled out of the food product and out of the outer container by the continual pulling force from the protruding end portion.

摘要： An armature for an electric motor has a lamination stack on a shaft with a commutator mounted on one end of the shaft. Magnet wires wound in slots in the lamination stack, the commutator and armature shaft are at least partially encapsulated in thermoset. The commutator has a commutator ring divided into a plurality of segments with slots between the segments that are filled with a second plastic when the commutator is made by molding a core of the second plastic, such as phenolic, in the commutator ring before the commutator ring is mounted on the armature shaft. Prior to molding the thermoset, the commutator ring is sealed. The seal prevents the thermoset from flowing into the slots between the commutator ring segments or over the commutator ring.

The bay, a sliding carriage bearing a forwardly facing ejection member having a forwardly facing ejection pin for passing on the rear of the electrical device, and a lever operated insertion and removal mechanism for the insertion and later removal of said electrical device, including a pivoted lever having a manually engageable handle, a roller carried by the lever for engagement with the forward face of the electrical device, and a quadrant gear coupled to a rack on the sliding carriage, whereby said lever is pivotable to drive the sliding carriage backwards and forwards in the bay by the action of the quandrant gear and rack to carry the elecrical device into and out of the bay.
