摘要： Carbon dioxide is dissolved in deionized water by the application of pressure to generate a carbon-dioxide-dissolved rinse. Substrates are immersed in a processing bath which retains the carbon-dioxide-dissolved rinse, and then lifted out of the processing bath in a chamber which is in an atmosphere of an IPA gas for drying. This can control the occurrence of problems resulting from remaining water between traces on a fine pattern, such as falling-down of cylinders, poor drying in trenches, and the like.

A nonvolatile storage medium stores a second time value indicating a time at which a cleaning operation is lastly performed. A determinant compares the first and the second time values to obtain a third time value, and determines whether a cleaning operation is necessary to be performed based on the third time value. A cleaner performs a cleaning operation of the recording head based on the result determined by the determinant.

This film shows outstanding release properties following repeated use, use after fabrication and use in an aqueous environment and, furthermore, it exhibits stable properties with little variation and, in particular, following lamination to metal sheet such as steel or aluminium, when used as the inner face of a fabricated metal can, it is outstanding in its non-stick properties to the contents, and provides a combination of heat resistance and processability.
