摘要： A magnetic gap is provided between a permanent magnet of a rotor and an auxiliary magnetic pole portion which is arranged adjacent to the permanent magnet in a peripheral direction. A gradual change in a magnetic flux density distribution of a surface of the rotor is obtained and a cogging torque and a torque pulsation are restrained. By obtaining a reluctance torque according to the auxiliary magnetic pole, a permanent magnet electric rotating machine in which the cogging torque and the torque pulsation are restrained can be obtained and further an electromotive vehicle having the permanent magnet electric rotating machine can be provided.

摘要： An rotary electric machine 1 comprises stator 2 having a stator core 4 wounded with stator windings 5 and a rotor 3 having a rotor core 7 rotatable and opposite to the stator core 4 through a gap. The rotor core 4 of the roraty electric machine 1 is composed of a plurality of projecting pole magnetic core portions 73 arranged in a side of the gap and along the circumferential direction and a plurality of rotor yoke portions 76 for forming a magnetic path conducting magnetic fluxes of each of the projecting pole magnetic core portions 73, and the rotor core is divided in the circumferential direction on a unit of each of the projecting pole magnetic core portions 73 and each of the rotor yokes 76 opposite to each of the projecting pole magnetic core portions 73. It is possible to provide a rotary electric machine which is high in material use factor at manufacturing a rotor core and small in size and light in weight, and to provide an electric vehicle using the rotary electric machine.

摘要： A permanent magnet type electric rotating machine comprises a stator having a salient-pole concentrated winding, and a rotor disposed with a rotational gap, and having a plurality of permanent magnets arranged and fixed in a circumferential direction inside, and an auxiliary salient pole provided between the permanent magnets. A ratio of the number of poles for the rotor and the number of slots for the stator is 2:3 and, when a slot pitch of the stator is &tgr;s (electrical angle), an angle &thgr; (electrical angle) made by a circumferential width of the permanent magnet in the surface of the stator side with an axis of the rotor is set at &thgr;≈n×&tgr;s/2+8×m (n=1 or 2, and m=1, 2 or 3). Thus, pulsation torque, cogging torque or the waveform distortion of a no-load induced voltage is selectively reduced as occasion demands.

摘要： A dynamoelectric machine is provided with an arrangement in the form of a plurality of cooling tubes disposed in or adjacent the stator core of the machine and through which a coolant is caused to flow. The coolant tubes extend axially with respect to the rotor of the machine and are spaced around the circumference of the stator. In order to regulate the cooling efficiency and reduce the coolant pressure loss in the coolant tubes, a branching arrangement in combination with a valve arrangement is disposed in at least one of the end brackets of the machine to control the flow of coolant in parallel selectively through different combinations of cooling tubes. The branching arrangement includes a plurality of circumferentially disposed chambers which communicate with respective groups of cooling tubes in parallel, and the valve arrangement allows connection of these chambers selectively in different combinations to a coolant supply and a coolant exhaust. Thereby, the coolant tubes can be connected to form different combinations of parallel passages for carrying coolant to cool the stator of the machine.

摘要： A printer includes a print head and a platen roller facing the head. The platen roller is supported by supporting frames. The frames are rotatably supported by a stationary shaft. A second set lever is mounted on the supporting frame to be movable integrally with the frames, and includes a pressing portion facing a paper guide. The paper guide is pressed against a feed roller for feeding a paper sheet passing between the head and the platen roller. When the supporting frames are rotated in a direction to leave the platen roller from the head by a first set lever, the pressing portion pushes the paper guide so as to leave it from the feed roller.

摘要： A tape cassette comprises a supply and a take-up reel on which tape is wound, a cassette casing for rotatably enclosing the reels therein, a plurality of tape guide pins, each being press-fitted through the inner wall of the casing, for defining a tape path for the tape travelling between the pair of reels. The press-fit section of each guide pin is formed in a predetermined taper in such a manner as to gradually decrease its outer diameter towards its end. The straight press-fit section of the guide pin is formed in such a manner as to include a predetermined geometry of chamfered circumference at its end. In a tape guide pin used in conjunction with a tape guide roller, grease having a predetermined viscosity coefficient is disposed between the associated pin and roller. An electrical insulating cover is provided for surrounding the exposed underside of the electrically conductive lower half of the casing.

摘要： A thermal printer comprises a pair of fixed frames for rotatably supporting a platen which is rotated by a motor and a head unit rotatably supported by the fixed frames through a pair of movable frames and for supporting a thermal head. A pair of pinch rollers are rotatably mounted on the fixed frames, which are selectively brought to a first operating state to feed a paper sheet to the region between the platen and the thermal head, and a second operating state to feed no paper sheet. The thermal head is selectively moved between a first position, in which it is pressed against the platen, and a second position in which it is disengaged from the platen. The thermal head is moved to the first position, at the same time the pinch rollers and moved to the second operating state, while the thermal head is moved to the second position, at the same time the pinch rollers are moved to the first operating state.
