摘要: An organic electroluminescent device is disclosed that includes an emission layer between a first electrode and a second electrode, and a buffer layer between the emission layer and the first electrode. The buffer layer includes a carbon-based compound and may be about 0.1 nm to about 100 nm thick. The organic electroluminescent device has greater driving voltage, better efficiency, and a longer life expectancy.
