A method of processing image data according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: setting a permissible pitch range for a distance between adjacent ink blots; arranging image data for the line pattern in an x-y coordinate system; selecting a first base point corresponding to one side of the image data for the line pattern; selecting a first determination point from the first base point, in which the first determination point is parallel to and separated from one side of the image data for the line pattern; determining whether a distance between the first base point and the first determination point is within the permissible pitch range; and storing a coordinate as print data if the distance between the first base point and the first determination point is within the permissible pitch range, in which the coordinate is located at a shortest distance from the first determination point.

A cell unit for a fuel cell can include an electrolyte membrane, an electrode unit that includes an anode formed on one side of the electrolyte membrane and a cathode formed on the other side of the electrolyte membrane, and a porous current collector formed by coating a conductive material onto the porous surfaces of the electrode unit. It can be possible to reduce the contact resistance between the electrodes (the anode and the cathode), and their respective current collector, to thereby increase current collection efficiency and it can also be possible to make the thickness of the end plates thinner than a conventional design without sacrificing performance, to thereby decrease the overall size of a fuel cell.

The present invention related to a method for surface treatment and a method for forming fine wiring and more particularly, to a method for surface treatment of a substrate, including: preparing a substrate on which a fine wiring is to be formed; and treating the surface of the substrate with a fluorine containing liquid having a low boiling point, and a method for forming fine wiring using the same method. According to the present invention, not only the spreading of ink droplets but also the deterioration of the interface adhesion is avoided.

An ink-jet head and method of manufacturing the ink-jet head are disclosed. For an ink-jet head including a chamber containing an ink supplied through a channel, a membrane covering the chamber, and a nozzle jetting the ink, the manufacturing method may include forming the chamber by etching a portion of one side of a first substrate; forming the channel connected with the chamber by etching a portion of the other side of the first substrate; and bonding a second substrate to the one side of the first substrate such that the chamber is covered. This allows greater ease in manufacturing, while reducing the risk of damage in the wafer and increasing yield. Furthermore, the thickness of the chamber may be reduced regardless of the thickness of the chamber, which can improve the reaction speed to signals and improve frequency characteristics.

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing cubic copper nanoparticles, and in particular, to a method including (a) mixing and agitating a copper precursor and an amine compound; (b) raising the temperature of the mixed solution up to 90-170° C. and reacting it at the same temperature; (c) adding the mixture to nonaqueous solvent to lower the temperature of the solution to 20-50° C. when the incubation completes; and (d) precipitating and obtaining the nanoparticles by adding an alcohol solvent to the mixture. According to the invention, while conductive wiring is formed metal nanoparticles can be manufactured not in sphere but in cubic shape so that void between particles can be efficiently removed and the height of wiring can be raised.

An inkjet printer head and fabricating method thereof are disclosed. An inkjet printer head, which includes: a lower board, in which a nozzle part and a restrictor are formed; an upper board attached to an upper portion of the lower board, in which an ink chamber and an ink inlet are formed; and a piezoelectric element joined to a membrane of the upper board, where the membrane is formed by the portions remaining after portions of the upper board are removed to form the ink chamber, is formed by attaching two boards by an attachment method that does not use a separate adhesion material, such as anodic bonding, for a simple and easy attachment, and for a strong head structure in which there are no chemical or physical reactions that may occur in adhesion layers.

A method of manufacturing a nozzle for an inkjet head is disclosed. With the method of manufacturing a nozzle for an inkjet head, comprising (a) coating photoresist on an inkjet head structure comprising a nozzle part; (b) adjusting exposure conditions and performing exposure and developing on the nozzle part to remove a portion of the photoresist; (c) joining a hydrophobic layer onto the portion of the nozzle part where the photoresist has been removed; and (d) removing the photoresist remaining on the nozzle part, it is easy to control the depth of the hydrophobic layer to be uniform, and the depth to which the hydrophobic layer is deposited may be controlled even when the back surface of the nozzle has a complex shape, so that the uniformity and reproduction of the hydrophobicity-treated nozzles are improved.

An inkjet head is disclosed. The inkjet head, which include a head body, having one side, in which a nozzle is formed to discharge ink; and a protrusion, formed in one side of the head body, spaced from the nozzle, can form a groove on the surface of a printing target in the printing and then discharge ink in the groove, thereby increasing the aspect ratio of a printed line.

An inkjet head and an inkjet printer having the inkjet head are disclosed. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the inkjet head includes a chamber housing ink and a nozzle, which discharges the ink housed in the chamber. Here, a plurality of inner wall grooves are formed on an inner wall of the nozzle, in which the plurality of inner wall grooves extends in a lengthwise direction of the nozzle. Thus, the inkjet head can discharge big ink droplets at a high frequency by quickly filling the ink in the nozzle after relatively big ink is discharged.
