摘要: An auxiliary capacitance line and a terminal portion of a liquid crystal display device are made of an Al or Al alloy layer and an Mo layer. The edge portions of a lower auxiliary capacitance electrode and the terminal portion are sequentially coated with a first insulating film, a second insulating film that is thinner than the first insulating film, and a third insulating film. The lower auxiliary capacitance electrode is coated with the second insulating film, and an upper auxiliary capacitance electrode is laid on the surface of the second insulating film on the lower auxiliary capacitance electrode.

摘要: The invention provides a compressor swash plate which is lead-free and is able to demonstrate a superior durability. A compressor swash plate in the invention includes a base member and a sliding layer being formed on the surface of the base member and constituting at least a sliding surface for allowing a shoe to slide thereon. The sliding layer is formed by thermal spraying Cu-based-MnS by HVOF thermal spraying method. A method of manufacturing the compressor swash plate according to the invention includes a step of thermal spraying powder formed of Cu-based-MnS onto the base member by the HVOF thermal spraying method to form the sliding layer which constitutes at least the sliding surface which allows the shoe to slide thereon on the base member. More specifically, the Cu-based-MnS is Cu-Ni-MnS.

摘要: An image forming apparatus includes an image forming portion which forms a toner image on a sheet; a fixing rotary member pair which fixes the toner image onto the sheet; a reversing rotary member pair capable of performing a refeeding operation in which, in order to form a toner image on another surface of the sheet having one surface on which an image has been formed, the reversing rotary member pair rotates forward and then rotates backward to refeed the sheet toward the image forming portion; and a drive portion which drives the fixing rotary member pair and the reversing rotary member pair by a common drive source, wherein the drive portion can continue to rotate the fixing rotary member pair even when the drive portion stops the refeeding operation of the reversing rotary member pair.

摘要: A liquid crystal display 10 of the invention has a transparent substrate 11 on which are provided multiple signal lines 17, scan lines 16 and auxiliary capacity lines 18, plus TFTs and pixel electrodes 20 that are electrically coupled to the TFTs' drain electrodes D. The auxiliary capacity lines 18 are formed with an Al—Nd alloy layer coated with a layer of molybdenum. Each pixel region, except for the auxiliary capacity lower electrode 18a on the auxiliary capacity line 18, is coated over by a first insulating film 25 and by a second insulating film 26 that is thinner than the first insulating film 25. Further, the auxiliary capacity lower electrodes 18a are coated over by the second insulating film 26, and auxiliary capacity upper electrodes 18b are provided on the surface of the second insulating film 26 at the auxiliary capacity lower electrodes 18a. Thanks to such structure, a small-pixel-area or high-definition liquid crystal display, and manufacturing method therefor, can be provided whereby short circuits in the regions forming the auxiliary capacity are few, the auxiliary capacity is large, and display irregularities such as crosstalk or flicker are satisfactorily curbed.

摘要: In a frame communication method and device which can accurately reproduce received frames without being influenced by fluctuations of a frame interval caused by inter-channel multiplexing on a transmitting side, a frame interval is detected from transmission frames; information of the frame interval is added to the transmission frames; the transmission frames are multiplexed and transmitted. Also, the information of the frame interval is extracted from received frames demultiplexed; and the received frames are spaced by the frame interval to be transferred. When the frame interval exceeds a maximum frame interval determined by a bit number of the information of the frame interval, only information of the maximum frame interval is transmitted and information of subsequent remaining frame intervals is added to the transmission frames to be transmitted. Information of the maximum frame interval determined by a bit number of the information of the frame interval and information of subsequent remaining frame intervals are extracted from the received frames, and the received frames are spaced by the frame interval adding the information of the remaining frame intervals to the information of the maximum frame interval.
