摘要： The invention relates to a homogenized tobacco sheet production line comprising:
A tank adapted to contain a slurry formed by a tobacco powder blend, a binder and an aerosol former in an aqueous medium;
A cast apparatus adapted to receive slurry from the tank and to cast the slurry so as to form a homogenized tobacco material;
A movable transporting support on which said slurry is casted and adapted to transport the homogenized tobacco material along a transport direction;
A slitter located downstream the cast apparatus adapted to slit the homogenized tobacco material along the transport direction so as to form portioned homogenized tobacco sheets; and
A crimper located downstream the slitter adapted to receive at least one of the partial homogenized tobacco sheets from the slitter and to crimp the at least one of the portioned homogenized tobacco sheets.
It also relates to a method for inline production of a homogenized tobacco sheet.-

摘要： A configurable herb grinder that is operable to provide grinding of a desired herb wherein the configurable herb grinder of the present invention includes a first configuration and a second configuration. The configurable herb grinder of the present invention includes a first grinding member module and a second grinding member module that are rotatably coupled and arranged in a vertically stacked orientation. 摘要： A method of producing a liquid tobacco extract is provided, the method including the steps of: preparing a tobacco starting material including natural tobacco material such that during the step of preparing the tobacco starting material, the tobacco is not subjected to any treatment adapted to alter the pH of the tobacco; heating the tobacco starting material in a flow of inert gas at an extraction temperature of between 125 degrees Celsius and 160 degrees Celsius for between 90 minutes and 270 minutes; collecting volatile compounds released from the natural tobacco starting material during the heating step; and forming a liquid tobacco extract comprising the collected volatile compounds.
