    摘要： A soft wall curtain cleaner having an elongated handle over which a slidable handle sleeve is slidably mounted. The handle is connected to a proximate cleaning pad mount. The sleeve includes a support arm which extends past the proximate cleaning pad mount and supports a distal cleaning pad mount oriented generally parallel to the proximate cleaning pad mount. Cleaning pads are mounted on the mounts. In use, the spaced mounts and their associated cleaning pads can be slipped over a curtain strip. The user can then hold the handle in one hand and the slidable handle sleeve in the other, and pull the slidable sleeve towards the user, such that the two cleaning pads firmly engage both sides of the curtain strip. The user then forces the assembly downwardly such that the cleaning pads slide downwardly over the curtain strip and clean it on both sides, throughout its length.

    摘要： A slat cleaning apparatus (10) is disclosed for use in cleaning slats making up a verticle blind. Cleaning of vertical blind slats is made complicated by the difference in thickness of the head, body and tail of the slat and by the needs to apply and remove a cleaning liquid without creating mess to surrounding slats and or windows. The slat cleaning apparatus has a head (16) with a slot (70) and a partable barrier located in the slot (70) for substantially sealing against the slat. A fluid extractor (50,74) is provided for operating under vacuum pressure to withdraw fluid and entrained matter from the head (16). Two cleaning elements (72) are provided substantially mutually parallel and located on opposite sides of the slot (70) for cleaning the slat. The cleaning elements (72) are compressible or moveable for operating at differing gaps to accommodate the differing thickness in the slats. An injector button (18) is provided for rapidly disengaging the cleaning elements (72) from a drive unit (12) of the apparatus (10) should it be necessary to rapidly cease actuation of the cleaning elements (72), such as, for example in the event that a thread of the slat becomes entangled with the cleaning elements (72). The head (16) is substantially transparent to enable viewing of the function of the cleaning elements (72) and removal of the fluid and entrained matter when in use. The drive units (12) may be of conventual type and the fluid extractor (50,74) may be coupled to a conventional source of vacuum.

    摘要： The tool includes a hollow housing, a cleaning element removably mounted in the housing and a handle threadably attached to the housing. The cleaning element is formed of a deformably resilient sponge material and has a centrally disposed passageway aligned to frictionally engage outer surfaces of a fan blade. The passageway extends from an inlet end to an exit end with the inlet end being vertically and horizontally tapered from a wide open front to an interior portion in which the vertical tapering is terminated and thence tapered only in the horizontal direction to its exit end. The surfaces defining the passageway are covered by a material having fiber protruding therefrom for gently cleaning and capturing the debris when the blade is passed through the passageway. The handle on the device is angled to compensate for the angle of the blade to allow the user to clean a fan blade with the handle pointing generally vertically from an overhead fan.

    摘要： A blind cleaning device having a handle and a plurality of fixed spaced fingers extending from the handle. Blind cleaning elements are provided on the fingers and the slats of the blind are insertible between the elements. The device includes a central finger extending normal from the handle and angled fingers on each side of the central finger. When the fingers are inserted between the slats of the blind to be cleaned, and moved along the slats, the device efficiently cleans all surfaces of the slats in a single pass. The cleaning elements may be rollers of fake fur or lambs' wool and may be coated with a dust attracting cleaning agent prior to cleaning the blind slats.
