摘要: A filling apparatus includes a container, a conveyor system for transporting the container and a fill nozzle for filling the container. The fill nozzle includes a product inlet for receiving an edible liquid and a chamber fluidly connected to the product inlet. The fill nozzle also includes an elastomeric seal located within the chamber and a piston located at least partially within the chamber. The piston has a capillary tube selectively fluidly connected to the chamber. The capillary tube includes a capillary tube inlet and a capillary tube outlet. In a static state, the elastomeric seal seals the capillary tube inlet to prevent the edible liquid from flowing into the capillary tube inlet. In a filling state, the elastomeric seal does not seal the capillary tube inlet, allowing the edible liquid to flow into the capillary tube inlet, out of the capillary tube outlet and into the container.

摘要: A nozzle assembly including a body having a top surface; a plurality of water inlets formed on the body and comprising first and second water inlets; a plurality of water outlets formed on the body and comprising first and second water outlets; and a solenoid valve. The first water inlet is in fluid communication with the first water outlet via a first water path, and the second water inlet is in fluid communication with the second water outlet via a second water path. The first water outlet and the second water outlet are concentrically arranged on the top surface, and the first water outlet and the second water outlet are configured to spray water in different patterns. The solenoid valve is configured to control an on and an off of a flow of water through each of the first water path and the second water path.

摘要: An inert gas distribution system nozzle 1 including an inlet 10 to receive fluid from a fluid supply, a chamber 32 to receive the fluid from the inlet and dimensioned relative to the inlet to permit the fluid to expand to form a mist, and at least one passage 34 to receive the fluid from the chamber and dimensioned relative to the chamber to promote condensing of the mist, wherein the, or each, passage comprises an outlet 40 to emit the fluid from the nozzle. A cross-sectional area of the passage is less than a cross-sectional area of the chamber.

摘要: Aspects of the invention include a nozzle assembly having a housing configured for attachment to the wall of the vessel. The housing has a proximal end portion and a distal end portion spaced from the proximal end portion along a length of the housing. The housing defines a passageway extending from the proximal end portion to the distal end portion, which is delineated by an inner surface of the housing. The nozzle assembly further includes a nozzle that has a base portion adapted for coupling to the housing, a shaft portion that extends from the base portion, and a tip portion coupled to the shaft portion of the nozzle. The tip portion defines a plurality of orifices. The nozzle also has an outer surface extending along a length of the nozzle that is spaced from the inner surface of the housing to create a gap when the nozzle is coupled to the housing.
